Spiritual Olympians
I love the Olympics the level of competition, the stories of the athletes, the global participation, the hype, fanfare, and all the rest. Not being an Olympian, or even a good athlete doesnt keep me from watching, admiring, and cheering for those who are. The commitment, discipline, sacrifice, and work that it takes to compete at that level is inspirational. Thats probably why there are so many references and illustrations in scripture to Christian living compared to competing, running, etc., like spiritual Olympians. In Hebrews 12:1, we are instructed to run with perseverance the race marked out for us. The Lord has a particular course marked out for every believer and has called us to exhibit these same characteristics, showing the world our Lord Jesus Christ in the clearest way possible. At Drive-in we are committed to daily seeking to faithfully and diligently follow the course the Lord has laid out for us and honor Him in everyway we run. This FOCUS highlights our course using maps with indicators of countries and areas we serve internationally and where in the U.S. we, and our partners are currently working as spiritual Olympians. I trust you will also enjoy the reports, updates, notes, etc. The Lord has marked out an amazing course for us. Together we can be victorious for His glory! Thank you for reading, praying, and supporting Drive-In.

A ten member team led by Pastor Pramod Paul visited Ruah village, close to Harda center close to Purnia town. Pramod was surprised to find that almost no one in the village of about 1250 residents had ever heard about Jesus Christ. Traveling by the bus provided by Drive-In, and using the electronic equipment provided, over five hundred

gathered to hear the message of Jesus. Once when I was in the town long ago, I had heard something about Jesus, but today is the first time our people hear about Jesus said Kumar one of the bystanders who often visits larger townships in Bihar. NIEA plans to follow up in Ruah village among these people who belong to Yadav, Rishi and Mandal people groups. Interestingly, in partnership with Wycliffe group of Bible Translators, NIEA is bringing together key leaders to dub the Jesus Film into Angika, Surjapuri, and Panchpargania languages from June to August 2012. Please pray for this key project. Please also pray for Pramod and Brijulal as they plan follow up among the over one hundred who responded to the call for salvation. A church will be planted here with regular follow up meetings immediately.

We have been very busy here in Romania! We used the blue van from TBBI for about 20 days. Most of it was when the group from First Baptist in Hart , MI was here. We divided up into two teams and were able to be in two villages each evening. I loved that we doubled up on the ministry. When we came back together about midnight each evening, both teams sat and shared what God did that evening in each village! It was an amazing time. The Americans were thrilled to be able to be involved in the work and shared many stories about individuals they met, witnessed to, and some led people to Christ! We actually had many, many people come to Christ those two weeks!

and construction on the new headquarters/ministry facility will begin. Some funds are available to begin construction, but we continue to trust the Lord for the sale of the Florida property at just the right time and price so we will be able to continue the new construction. However, additional funds will still be needed just to complete the first phase. Many volunteers, work teams, groups, and individuals, both skilled and unskilled will be needed during the next 12 months to help save labor costs by completing some building interior work and many outside projects. Some of these projects include RV campsite, soccer field, drive-in parking area, walking track, and landscaping. If you or your church can help, please contact Drive-In at:

Joe McDonald Ministries

Our annual trip to Mexico, partnering with Drive- In Ministries was an amazing experience and a blessing to see God work in a mighty way. We took the 5th wheel unit, loaded with donated medical equipment and supplies, about 8 hours inside Mexico from the Piedras Negras crossing where we had five big events scheduled. Our team, of around 15-20 local people each night was so excited to work with the movie equipment and help share Jesus with their fellow citizens. We gave away donated prizes to 950 people in Parras de la Fuenta, Mexico. We had 261 responses for salvation, prayer, and pastor visits!

I love the people! They are amazing! Please continue to pray for the ministry here as we continue working in the villages! To God be all glory and honor and praise! God Bless You!!

In June, I took the Drive-In Ministries 5th wheel unit to a youth camp for a local church. The camp was for 40+ 1st-3rd graders. When the Pastor gave the invitation, 8-10 kids raised their hands for camp counselors to see. God is good and He is faithful if we will allow Him to use us and organizations like Drive-In Ministries. Thanks guys for all your support and prayers!
