The CSR department, built by the corporation, will be in-charge of handling the human resources and materials needed in the continuous community service operations. It will be guided by its 3 Es direction of Environment, Education, Enterprise and Community Development. GARBAGE COLLECTION For 2012, CSR department will visit some of the prospective rural areas in the province of Cagayan to administer the Garbage Collection program. In partnership with the Local Government Units in every municipality and with the coordination of the different barangays, the program seeks to discuss some of the benefits that may be obtained in participation to the activity. The CSR department will allocate budget for providing garbage containers to enlighten the people with the proper disposal of biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste. This program also seeks to prevent the widespread diseases like dengue, fever and some other skin irritations that might be brought by dirty surroundings. The collection of garbage will ensure welfare in every respondent in the areas of operation and to some other segment of the society. The operation will be conducted twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays). The garbage which will be collected will be centrally disposed in a property owned by Ivan Confesor, one of the Directors of Imaginate Corporation, located at Pagulayan St, Ugac Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan for its processing. This place will be the niche for the fertilizer processing and recycling of plastic substances which will turn into plastic chairs. There will be ten garbage trucks available for gathering the waste with different route of operations. ENVIRONMENT For 2012, two environmental programs shall be implemented by the CSR department. The Fight Global Warming and Environmental Forum together with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Environmental Management Bureau. Fight Global Warming aims to prevent the traditional practices of people most especially in the rural areas from burning plastic substances. Together with DENR, as a partner in this endeavor, we will conduct an environmental discussion regarding the issues in the destruction of the ozone layer. Plastic substances when burned are very detrimental in the environment because of the different chemicals that destroys the circulation of carbon dioxide and oxygen. This contributes in the destruction of ozone layer which gives huge space in the atmosphere and enables the direct sunlight hit the surface of the earth. With a little contribution, it already contributed a lot to mother earth. Environmental Forum focuses on reduction of air pollution which will discuss on solid waste management.

EDUCATION Recycled Plastic Chairs. Tuttug mu uzzan program is a monthly sponsorship of plastic chairs which had been recycled due from the Garbage Collection program of the CSR department. It will provide chairs in schools most especially those with students and pupils who came from impoverished families. This program aims to share an experience of well nourished education by providing a form of conducive learning. These chairs will give inspiration to students to portray a significant role in the society in the future.

ENTERPRISE AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Abonong di ka abonado program seeks to sell very cheap fertilizers to indigent farmers who cannot afford to buy. These fertilizers are bio that was processed due from the garbage that has been collected to every areas of operation. This will be only sold to places where the collection of garbage had conducted. The price of the fertilizer is just the 40% of the selling price in the

market. This will foster the growth of the agricultural sector of the economy. The sale will be used to cover up the expenditures on labor and necessary materials for processing.

Employment opportunities for the indigent people notwithstanding the educational attainment will be granted to every member who are willing to participate. The CSR department offers employment even for undergraduates to lessen the number of underemployed in the area. The jobs available are garbage collector, work on fertilizer processing and on recycle operations.
