REST In life/our inner souls, we are faced with a succession of desperate searches for fulfillment and these manifest through our indulgence into excessive pleasures, false religions, philosophies, dissipations and distractions, our involvement into such futilities that leave us so weary even of our very selves. We therefore need to find Rest. Peace and refreshment for our souls.

I said to myself, "Relax, because the LORD takes care of you."

Relax Always doesnt necessarily mean to enter into a mood of giving up but in a way, to Accept the little that life has offered in that given moment, period and season. Relaxing isnt complacency but being in a state of not taking much caution over each and every detail that goes on, in and around your life. It is filling your mind with Faith, (believing and concentrating upon the goodness that already exists and taking time to understand it better, than going out for more and more even to that which you have no much need of. You need/must allow yourself (soul, spirit and body) to Relax Always, and to show up only when its most necessary. Take time to be quiet, without much talking or thinking but getting into a state of silence. This helps one to listen and in listening we are able to make definitions of realities from fiction, truth from lies and fact from fake. A quiet man is never wrong in his judgments because he takes time to listen and develop the understanding of what goes on within and out of his surroundings. He gets one with himself and can easily Identify what he lacks in life so as to seek out for its provision or solution.

During moments of Relaxing, most individuals tend to receive nice and lovely Ideas that latter on turn out to become great innovations in their world and in the world around them. So brother/sister, make it a point to Relax and to Relax Always.

Enter into a State of Acceptance.

It is a State as indicated above, you need to enter into that state and as you know well, a state includes Culture, Times, Conditions and Values. Entering into a state of Acceptance is entering into a Culture of acceptance, Times of acceptance, Conditions of acceptance and Values of acceptance in your life. This calls for the way you respond to life daily, creation of moments, seeking an atmosphere and setting values/ codes or conduct of acceptance. And this all starts within your Mind.

Start a New Day

One thing that I realized during my experience of living my day is that a Day isnt an Event or Moment of time but a Nature of Life. You can have a day within your days. A beginning of New Events, Discoveries, Friends e.t.c You can start a New day within the many days of your life and live up to it even until the end of it.

Point of Truth: There is a day, A day for you, a day for the beginning of Joy, Happiness, Fulfillment, Peace, Satisfaction and Accomplishments. That day is in you, you hold the power to get it started, it lies in your ability to DECIDE.

Trust is defined in two (2) ways. A) A Dependence on one with higher and greater ability. Exodus 33:14 (NIV)

The LORD replied, My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. Within the word Trust comes the word Thrust which is also defined as Cast, Throw to, Appoint. Trust in this case is best made to first of all, God. A Trust that is Cast unto God is a secure one because He holds a better view of what are to be faced with in the nearby future and always stands committed to lead and guide us whenever we take heed to listen, obey and follow His instructions. Since God is omniscient, He uses many ways to identify himself to us and in this case, it may be through Elders, Leaders, Parents, Guidance, etc

B) Personal Belief This lies in a concentration to your Abilities and Strength and taking pride in them. A man/woman that never takes pride in what he/she possesses will keep looking out to that which others possess and thereby seek/admire to be of the kind. In the pursuit to Look, Talk, Act the same way, He/she faces many struggles as he/she tries to become what he/she isnt. Just like an individual that tries out a shoe that isnt his/her size or style. At the very start, such an individual experiences discomfort, displeasure and latter on pain and much stress which latter on results into sickness.

LET GOD GUIDE YOU TO THE REST OF YOUR SOUL

The Creator of Heaven and Earth and the beginner of your very lives desires that we live in the Rest that He provides for our Souls but this can only happen, if we let Him do that. It has been proved that the soul of man will never be able to find rest unless when returned to its creator God. He only holds the keys to the Rest of the Soul of Man. So unless you let Him guide you to the rest of your soul, you may eternally live in pain, struggle and suffering both in the life you live here on earth and the life after.

The coming you make is in the preparation and offering of your Heart to live a life that He offers, The life of Rest. This Nature of life is one that is full of Hope, a life of overcoming amidst trials and tribulations. A life with a sure foundation of fulfillment in life.

You can take this important step as you come to the rest of life that God provides through Jesus Christ. The very first step to coming is by taking heed to the call and respond by praying the prayer stated below in faith and sincerity of Heart. Oh God, I have sought for rest from all ways I have found possible but I have not been able to realize it. This day I have come to reality and found the Truth that I can only find Rest for my soul by coming to you through your dear Son Jesus Christ. This day I denounce all my sinful lifestyle and makeup my mind to enter into the life of rest that comes only through accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of my life. Cleanse me from all unrighteousness and lead me to the life of Rest that I so much need. I commit my heart to follow your ways and continue to enjoy the life of rest that is only sourced from you. Thank you for calling and leading me to the way of the life of rest. In Jesus Name I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that I am born again into a life of rest and pleasing God. Amen.
