This gem of al-Taqiyya is exposed as a lump of feces in the chapter of the same title. Reliance of the Traveller, the all purpose handbook of Islamic Law, states the legal definition of jihad, excluding jihad an-nafs. It relies on Islamic law, Qur'an verses, a footnote from the translators and a hadith (which will cause sentient and moral persons to curse Islam) to refute the lie in due form.

Islam's Mercenary Mission

According to Islamic law, Jihad is of two types: Jihad Asghar and Jihad Akhbar. The greater Jihad, Jihad an-nafs, is the struggle against ego and temptation. It is rarely mentioned in the Qur'an. The lesser Jihad is waging war against disbelievers. Give careful attention to the definition of Jihad provided in the all purpose handbook of Shafi'ite fiqh: Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9. [Links to Qu'an' added for reader convenience.] O: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion. And it is the lesser jihad. As for the greater jihad, it is spiritual warfare against the lower self (nafs), which is why the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said as he was returning from jihad. ``We have returned from the lesser jihad to the greater jihad.'' The scriptural basis for jihad, prior to scholarly consensus (def: b7) is such Koranic verses as: -1- ``Fighting is prescribed for you'' (Koran 2:216); -2- ``Slay them wherever you find them'' (Koran 4:89); -3- ``Fight the idolators utterly'' (Koran 9:36); and such hadiths as the one related by Bukhari and Muslim that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: ``I have been commanded to fight people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and perform the prayer, and pay zakat. If they say it, they have saved their blood and possessions from me, except for the rights of Islam over them. And their final reckoning is with Allah''; and the hadith reported by Muslim, ``To go forth in the morning or evening to fight in the path of Allah is better than the whole world and everything in it.''Details concerning jihad are found in the accounts of the military expeditions of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), including his own martial forays and those on which he dispatched others. (V.2:190) Al-Jihd (holy fighting) in Allhs Cause (with full force of numbers and weaponry) is given the utmost importance in Islm and is one of its pillar (on which it stands). By Jihd Islm is established, Allhs Word is made superior, (His Word being L ilaha illallh which means none has the right to be worshipped but Allh), and His Religion (Islm) is propagated. By abandoning Jihd (may Allh protect us from that) Islm is destroyed and the Muslims fall into an inferior position; their honour is lost, their lands are stolen, their rule and authority vanish. Jihd is an obligatory duty in Islm on every Muslim, and he who tries to escape from this duty, or does not in his innermost heart wish to fulfil this duty, dies with one of the qualities of a hypocrite. Narrated Abdullh bin Masd: I asked Allhs Messenger "O Allhs Messenger! What is the best deed?" He replied, "To offer the Salt (prayers) at their early fixed stated times." I asked, "What is next in goodness?" He replied, "To be good and dutiful to your parents." I further asked, "What is next in goodness?" He replied, "To participate in Jihd in Allhs Cause." There is one more disadvantage not mentioned by the translators; it is found in a hadith collected by Abu Dawud: Allah will curse the Muslims with disgrace if they abandon jihad and will not lift the curse until they return to their "original religion". This saying makes two concepts clear:

Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

Moe 'revealed' many ayat designed to encourage the Muslims to engage in jihad. If a wound (and killing) has touched you, be sure a similar wound (and killing) has touched the others. And so are the days (good and not so good), We give to men by turns, that Allh may test those who believe, and that He may take martyrs from among you. And Allh likes not the Zlimn (polytheists and wrong-doers). Allah makes Muslims fight so that he can test their faith and make some of them martyrs. What a great deity! 3:141. And that Allh may test (or purify) the believers (from sins) and destroy the disbelievers. Allah has a third purpose for making the Muslims fight: destroying us. Does that make you eager to recite shehada three times?

3:142. Do you think that you will enter Paradise before Allh tests those of you who fought (in His Cause) and (also) tests those who are As-Sbirin (the patient ones, etc.)? Muslims must be killed in battle to gain admission to Allah's celestial bordello. 3:143. You did indeed wish for death (Ash-Shahdah - martyrdom) before you met it. Now you have seen it openly with your own eyes. 3:144. Muhammad is no more than a Messenger, and indeed (many) Messengers have passed away before him. If he dies or is killed, will you then turn back on your heels (as disbelievers)? And he who turns back on his heels, not the least harm will he do to Allh, and Allh will give reward to those who are grateful. 3:145. And no person can ever die except by Allh's Leave and at an appointed term. And whoever desires a reward in (this) world, We shall give him of it; and whoever desires a reward in the Hereafter, We shall give him thereof. And We shall reward the grateful. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurt (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur'n. And who is truer to his covenant than Allh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. Examine what Moe said about these imperatives. Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387: Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2635 Narrated Anas ibn Malik: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: I am commanded to fight with men till they testify that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and His Apostle, face our qiblah (direction of prayer), eat what we slaughter, and pray like us. When they do that, their life and property are unlawful for us except what is due to them. and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled" (Koran 9.29),
the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace). After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus' descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. Is it on special occasions or a regular agenda item? The answer is found in O9.1, close to the end. O9.1: The Obligatory Character of Jihad Jihad is a communal obligation (def: c3.2). When enough people perform it to successfully accomplish it, it is no longer obligatory upon others (O: the evidence for which is the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace), "He who provides the equipment for a soldier in jihad has himself performed jihad," and Allah Most High having said: "Those of the believers who are unhurt but sit behind are not equal to those who fight in Allah's path with their property and lives. Allah has preferred those who fight with their property and lives a whole degree above those who sit behind. And to each, Allah has promised great good" (Koran 4:95). If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, "Jihad is a communal obligation," meaning upon the Muslims each year. The second state is when non-Muslims invade a Muslim country or near to one, in which case jihad is personally obligatory (def: c3.2) upon the inhabitants of that country, who must repel the non-Muslims with whatever they can). http://www.crusadersarmory.co.cc/RelianceO9-1.html Lets drill down to the damnable details. "If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it." The obligation is binding upon the Muslims EACH YEAR. Just in case this is not clear to you, I present Al-Shafi'i's interpretation. Muslims claim that the Jews at the Khaibar Oasis were allied with Moe's enemies, acting treacherously. I have a clue for you.
LETTER TO THE JEWS OF KHYBER

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful From Muhammad, the Prophet of Allah who is like Moosa (Moses A.S.) a prophet and messenger and he testifies to what Moosa (A.S.) had brought.

0 people of Torah, has Allah not stated in the Torah that "Muhammad (Sal Allaho Alehe Wasallam) is a Prophet of Allah. The people who will be with him, shall be harsh towards the enemies of Allah. And amongst themselves, they shall be kind and loving. They shall bow and prostrate before Allah. And they shall seek His bounty and goodwill". I ask you to swear by Allah, who sent Torah for you and who made your forefathers eat 'mann, and 'Salva' and dried sea for them and rid them of the tyranny of pharaoh. It is not written in Torah that you should believe in me? After the explanation about me in the Torah, do guidance and transgression become apparent? Therefore I invite you towards Allah and His Prophet.' Seal: Allah's Prophet Muhammad

Bukhari 4.52.195 Narrated Anas: The Prophet set out for Khaibar and reached it at night. He used not to attack if he reached the people at night, till the day broke. So, when the day dawned, the Jews came out with their bags and spades. When they saw the Prophet; they said, "Muhammad and his army!" The Prophet said, Allahu--Akbar! So, Abu Talha took me letting me ride behind him while I was a boy nearing the age of puberty. I used to serve Allah's Apostle when he stopped to rest. I heard him saying repeatedly, "O Allah! I seek refuge with You from distress and sorrow, from helplessness and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from being heavily in debt and from being overcome by men." Then we reached Khaibar; and when Allah enabled him to conquer the Fort (of Khaibar), the beauty of Safiya bint Huyai bin Akhtab was described to him. Her husband had been killed while she was a bride. So Allah's Apostle selected her for himself and took her along with him till we reached a place called SadAsSahba,' where her menses were over and he took her for his wife. Haris (a kind of dish) was served on a small leather sheet. Then Allah's Apostle told me to call those who were around me. So, that was the marriage banquet of Allah's Apostle and Safiya. Then we left for Medina. I saw Allah's Apostle folding a cloak round the hump of the camel so as to make a wide space for Safiya (to sit on behind him) He sat beside his camel letting his knees for Safiya to put her feet on so as to mount the camel. Then, we proceeded till we approached Medina; he looked at Uhud (mountain) and said, "This is a mountain

which loves us and is loved by us." Then he looked at Medina and said, "O Allah! I make the area between its (i.e. Medina's) two mountains a sanctuary as Abraham made Mecca a sanctuary. O Allah! Bless them (i.e. the people of Medina) in their Mudd and Sa (i.e. measures)." http://www.muslimaccess.com/sunnah/hadeeth/bukhari/052.html#004.052.143 Sahih Bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 512: Narrated Anas: The Prophet offered the Fajr Prayer near Khaibar when it was still dark and then said, "Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar is destroyed, for whenever we approach a (hostile) nation (to fight), then evil will be the morning for those who have been warned." Then the inhabitants of Khaibar came out running on the roads. The Prophet had their warriors killed, their offspring and woman taken as captives. Safiya was amongst the captives, She first came in the share of Dahya Alkali but later on she belonged to the Prophet . Lets check some detail from the extortion letter that proceeded that ghazwat.
Peace be on him, who follows the right path. After this, I invite you to the fold of Islam. Therefore, if you desire security, accept Islam. If you accept Islam, Allah shall reward you doubly and if you refuse to do so, the responsibility for the transgression of the entire nation, shall be yours. O people of the Book! Leaving aside all matters of differences and disputes, agree on a thing, which is equally incontrovertible both as you and we are concerned and it is that we should not worship any one else with Him, nor regard any one else except Allah as our Sustainer. If you deny this, you must know that we believe in Oneness of Allah, in all circumstances.

Peace be on those who follow the guidance; what about those who don't ? The alternative was obvious, there was no need to state it. If you desire security, accept Islam. I do not intend to wage war against you till you receive my written reason for it. It is better for you, either to accept Islam or agree to pay Jiziya and consent to remain obedient to Allah, His prophet and his messengers. My messengers deserve honour. Treat them with respect. Whatever pleases my messengers, will also please me. These people have been informed of the orders about Jiziya. If you desire that there should be peace and security in the world, obey Allah and His Prophet. Thereafter none in Arabia and Ajam (Iran) shall dare cast an evil eye on you. Had it not been in compliance of the command of Allah and the good opinion of Hurmala for you, it would not have been necessary for me to correspond with you and instead of it, there would have been a war. If you will obey my messengers, you shall immediately have my support and the help and support of everyone who is attached to me. My messengers are Shuraih-beel, Obaiy, Hurmala and Hurais (Raziallah AnhoA.) and whatever decision they take in respect of you, shall be acceptable to me. Your people are under the protection and responsibility of Allah and His Prophet. Supply provisions to the Jews of Maqna, for their journey to their country. Moe declared his true intentions with a Malapropism: I do not intend to wage war against you till you He intended to invade after declaring his intent and he told them they should do what he told them if they wanted peace and security.

Liars misinform us that Islam is a great religion of peace. What need does a religion of peace have for divinely ordained rules regulating the allocation of spoils of war? The following Quran quotes come from the Hilali & Khan translation. They are linked to a table containing ten parallel translations for comparison.

Surah Al-Anfal is titled The Spoils of War, Booty or Windfalls depending on the translator. It begins with a declaration that the spoils belong to Allah and Moe.

8:1. They ask you (O Muhammad ) about the spoils of war. Say: The spoils are for Allh and the Messenger. So fear Allh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allh and His Messenger (Muhammad ), if you are believers.

Ibn Kathirs Tafsir informs us that this ayah resulted from disputes about spoils. The Reason behind revealing Ayah 8:1

Imam Ahmad recorded that Sa`d bin Malik said, I said, `O Allahs Messenger, Allah has brought comfort to me today over the idolators, so grant me this sword. He said, (This sword is neither yours nor mine; put it down.) So I put it down, but said to myself, `The Prophet might give this sword to another man who did not fight as fiercely as I did. I heard a man calling me from behind and I said, `Has Allah revealed something in my

case The Prophet said, (You asked me to give you the sword, but it is not for me to decide about. However, it has been granted to me (by Allah), and I give it to you.) So Allah sent down this Ayah .

Another Reason behind revealing the Ayah 8:1

Imam Ahmad recorded that Abu Umamah said that `Ubadah bin As-Samit said, We went with the Messenger of Allah to the battle of Badr. When the two armies met, Allah defeated the enemy and some of us pursued them inflicting utter defeat and casualties. Another group of us came to the battlefield collecting the spoils of war. Another group surrounded the Messenger of Allah , so that the enemy could not attack him suddenly. When it was night and the various army groups went back to our camp, some of those who collected the spoils said, `We collected it, so none else will have a share in it. Those who went in pursuit of the enemy said, `No, you have no more right to it than us. We kept the enemy away from the war spoils and defeated them. Those who surrounded the Messenger of Allah to protect him said, `You have no more right to it than us, we surrounded the Messenger of Allah for fear that the enemy might conduct a surprise attack against him, so we were busy.

Another ayeh specifies the division of spoils, with Moe taking 20% off the top.

8:41. And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allh, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives [of the Messenger (Muhammad )], (and also) the orphans, Al-Maskin (the poor) and the wayfarer, if you have believed in Allh and in that which We sent down to Our slave (Muhammad ) on the Day of criterion (between right and wrong), the Day when the two forces met (the battle of Badr) And Allh is Able to do all things.

The next mention of spoils is in Surah Al-Fath: The Victory .

48:15. Those who lagged behind will say, when you set forth to take the spoils, Allow us to follow you, They want to change Allhs Words. Say: You shall not follow us; thus Allh has said beforehand. Then they will say: Nay, you envy us. Nay, but they understand not except a little. 48:16. Say (O Muhammad ) to the bedouins who lagged behind: You shall be called to fight against a people given to great warfare, then you shall fight them, or they shall surrender. Then if you obey, Allh will give you a fair reward, but if you turn away as you did turn away before, He will punish you with a painful torment.

Allah was talking about hypocrites who refused to join the Jihad, how they will seek a share in the spoils. Once again we turn to Ibn Kathirs Tafsir. Acceptable Reasons for not joining Jihad

(And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, He will admit him to Gardens beneath which rivers flow; and whosoever turns back,) from joining the Jihad and busies himself in his livelihood, (He will punish him with a painful torment.) in this life with humiliation and in the Hereafter with the Fire. Allah the Exalted has the best knowledge.

If you go to war, you will be rewarded with spoils and admission to Paradise; if you refuse, you will be condemned to Hell. Islam is a religion of war, not peace.

48:19. And abundant spoils that they will capture. And Allh is Ever All-Mighty, All-Wise. 48:20. Allh has promised you abundant spoils that you will capture, and He has hastened for you this, and He has restrained the hands of men from you, that it may be a

sign for the believers, and that He may guide you to a Straight Path. 48:21. And other (victories and much booty there are, He promises you) which are not yet within your power, indeed Allh compasses them, And Allh is Ever Able to do all things.

If Islam is so blessed peaceful, why does it engage in so much warfare? Why has Allah promised abundant spoils to be captured, except as an incentive for war?

3:152. And Allh did indeed fulfil His Promise to you when you were killing them (your enemy) with His Permission; until (the moment) you lost your courage and fell to disputing about the order, and disobeyed after He showed you (of the booty) which you love. Among you are some that desire this world and some that desire the Hereafter. Then He made you flee from them (your enemy), that He might test you. But surely, He forgave you, and Allh is Most Gracious to the believers. [Emphasis added.]

3:161. It is not for any Prophet to take illegally a part of booty (Ghulul), and whosoever deceives his companions as regards the booty, he shall bring forth on the Day of Resurrection that which he took (illegally). Then every person shall be paid in full what he has earned, and they shall not be dealt with unjustly.

Is taking booty legally the proper role of a Prophet? Is making war one of the duties of a Prophet?

3:162. Is then one who follows (seeks) the good Pleasure of Allh (by not taking illegally

a part of the booty) like the one who draws on himself the Wrath of Allh (by taking a part of the booty illegally Ghulul)? his abode is Hell, and worst, indeed is that destination!

Embezzling spoils condemns the embezzler to eternity in Hell. This informs us of the centrality of the role of spoils of war in Islam! It is all about the loot; Islams mission is mercenary.

4:73. But if a bounty (victory and booty) comes to you from Allh, he would surely say as if there had never been ties of affection between you and him Oh! I wish I had been with them; then I would have achieved a great success ( a good share of booty). 8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

This ayeh lets the cat out of the bag, revealing Moes motivation: You desire the good of this world. A Prophet should not hold prisoners for ransom until he has committed genocide.

8:68. Were it not a previous ordainment from Allh, a severe torment would have touched you for what you took. 8:69. So enjoy what you have gotten of booty in war, lawful and good, and be afraid of Allh. Certainly, Allh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 9:41. March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allh. This is better for you, if you but knew.

9:42. Had it been a near gain (booty in front of them) and an easy journey, they would have followed you, but the distance (Tabuk expedition) was long for them, and they would swear by Allh, If we only could, we would certainly have come forth with you. They destroy their ownselves, and Allh knows that they are liars. 59:6. And what Allh gave as booty (Fai) to His Messenger (Muhammad ) from them, for which you made no expedition with either cavalry or camelry. But Allh gives power to His Messengers over whomsoever He wills. And Allh is Able to do all things. 59:7. What Allh gave as booty (Fai) to His Messenger (Muhammad ) from the people of the townships, it is for Allh, His Messenger (Muhammad ), the kindred (of Messenger Muhammad ), the orphans, Al-Maskin (the poor), and the wayfarer, in order that it may not become a fortune used by the rich among you. And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad ) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it) , and fear Allh. Verily, Allh is Severe in punishment.

The vocabulary of Islam is revelatory in its self. Fai is booty collected without a fight, through intimidation alone; entirely allocated to Moe. Ghanimah is booty taken in battle, from which Moe took the top 20%. A truly passive religion would not have such a rich vocabulary.

59:8. (And there is also a share in this booty) for the poor emigrants, who were expelled from their homes and their property, seeking Bounties from Allh and to please Him. And helping Allh (i.e. helping His religion) and His Messenger (Muhammad ). Such are indeed the truthful (to what they say);59:9. And those who, before them, had homes (in Al-Madinah) and had adopted the Faith, love those who emigrate to them, and have no jealousy in their breasts for that which they have been given (from the booty of Ban An-Nadr), and give them

(emigrants) preference over themselves, even though they were in need of that. And whosoever is saved from his own covetousness, such are they who will be the successful. 47:4. So, when you meet (in fight Jihd in Allhs Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). Thereafter (is the time) either for generosity (i.e. free them without ransom), or ransom (according to what benefits Islm), until the war lays down its burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allh to continue in carrying out Jihd against the disbelievers till they embrace Islm (i.e. are saved from the punishment in the Hell-fire) or at least come under your protection], but if it had been Allhs Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in order to test you, some with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allh, He will never let their deeds be lost,

8:67 & 47:4 establish genocide as a sacrament and reveal Moes motivation: financial gain. In 8:67 we learn that Allah prefers genocide. Islam: religion of pieces, not peace.

The mercenary nature of Islam is confirmed in Moes Sunnah. Sahih Bukharis book of Khumus details the division of spoils. It begins here: http://www.cmje.org/religious-texts/hadith/bukhari/053-sbt.php#004.053.324But there are a few hadith which make matters extremely clear.

Sahih Muslim Book 019, Number 4327: The spoils of war were not made lawful for any people before us, This is because Allah saw our weakness and humility and made them lawful for us. Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331: [...] The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me. [...]

Humility? Yeah, right. That is situational scripture. Moe, billing himself as Allahs final Prophet, set himself up in a position to have Allah grant special dispensation for every evil act he desired to commit. Allah said that Moe could take spoils & ransom, conditioned on making a great slaughter first; and take 20% off the top; he said it with Moes own tongue.

8:69. So enjoy what you have gotten of booty in war, lawful and good, and be afraid of Allh. Certainly, Allh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Bukhari Ch 61 # 2756: It is mentioned from Ibn Umar from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, My provision has been placed under the shadow of my spear, and abasement and humility have been placed on the one who disobeys my command.

Moe said that he made his living by his spear and that anyone who would disobey his command would be abased and humiliated. He was arrogant and violent, not humble.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220 [...] while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand. [...] Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 267: Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, Khosrau will be ruined, and there will be no Khosrau after him, and Caesar will surely be ruined and there will be no Caesar after him, and you will spend

The spoils belong to Allah and Moe. Allah & Moe get the top 20%. Allah granted special dispensation to take spoils. Allah promised abundant spoils. Allah made Moe wealthy through conquests. r Moe got his income by his spear. Moe wanted the spoils & ransom; Allah wants genocide. Rome & Persia will be defeated and their treasures spent in Jihad.

Allah's Threat &Promise


If Muslims believe Allah's threat of eternal damnation and promise of eternal bliss, what will they do? They will do what Allah commands them to do in the Qur'an: they will attempt to conquer the entire world. They believe that Allah will resurrect them, judge them, and send them to his gardens of bliss or the lake of fire. If their sins outweigh their good deeds, they will be damned. If their good deeds outweigh their sins, they will go to Paradise. If they died fighting in Allah;s cause, their sins will be forgiven and they will be admitted to the gardens. The effect of this demonic control mechanism is perpetual war. Muslims will only cease from attacking for short periods while they are too few in number or too poorly armed to mount successful attacks. Allah's jihad imperatives are open ended, unlimited geographically and chronologically; they are outcome oriented fight-until loops: 8:39, 9:29. Islamic law says that if Jihad is neglected when it is possible, all who know of the obligation are sinners. Sinners go to Hell. Allah promised:

9:38. O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allh (i.e. Jihd) you cling heavily to the earth? Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the Hereafter. 9:39. If you march not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people, and you cannot harm Him at all, and Allh is Able to do all things. 61:10. O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you from a painful torment. 61:11. That you believe in Allh and His Messenger (Muhammad ), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allh with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know! 61:12. (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of 'Adn - Eternity ['Adn (Edn) Paradise], that is indeed the great success. 61:13. And also (He will give you) another (blessing) which you love, help from Allh (against

your enemies) and a near victory. And give glad tidings (O Muhammad ) to the believers. Sunan Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2497: Narrated AbuUmamah: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: He who does not join the warlike expedition (jihad), or equip, or looks well after a warrior's family when he is away, will be smitten by Allah with a sudden calamity. Yazid ibn Abdu Rabbihi said in his tradition: 'before the Day of Resurrection".

3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allh, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zlimn (polytheists and wrong-doers). 3:152. And Allh did indeed fulfil His Promise to you when you were killing them (your enemy) with His Permission; until (the moment) you lost your courage and fell to disputing about the order, and disobeyed after He showed you (of the booty) which you love. They shall not hear therein (in Paradise) any Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk), but only Salm (salutations of peace). And they will have therein their sustenance, morning and afternoon. [See (V.40:55)]. 19:63. Such is the Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our slaves who have been Al-Muttaqn (pious and righteous persons - See V.2:2). 2:45. And seek help in patience and As-Salt (the prayer) and truly it is extremely heavy and hard except for Al-Khshi'n [i.e. the true believers in Allh - those who obey Allh with full submission, fear much from His Punishment, and believe in His Promise (Paradise, etc.) and in His Warnings (Hell, etc.)]. 31:8. Verily, those who believe (in Islmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, for them are Gardens of delight (Paradise). 31:9. To abide therein. It is a Promise of Allh in truth. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

Allah's Promise

9:72. Allh has promised to the believers -men and women, - Gardens under which rivers flow to dwell therein forever, and beautiful mansions in Gardens of 'Adn (Eden Paradise). But the greatest bliss is the Good Pleasure of Allh. That is the supreme success. 9:111. Verily, Allh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allh's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurt (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur'n. And who is truer to his covenant than Allh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success . 4:95. Not equal are those of the believers who sit (at home), except those who are disabled (by injury or are blind or lame, etc.), and those who strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allh with their wealth and their lives. Allh has preferred in grades those who strive hard and fight with their wealth and their lives above those who sit (at home). Unto each, Allh has promised good (Paradise), but Allh has preferred those who strive hard and fight, above those who sit (at home) by a huge reward; 4:96. Degrees of (higher) grades from Him, and Forgiveness and Mercy. And Allh is Ever OftForgiving, Most Merciful. 13:35. The description of the Paradise which the Muttaqn (pious - see V.2:2): have been promised! Underneath it rivers flow, its provision is eternal and so is its shade, this is the end (final destination) of the Muttaqn (pious - see V.2:2), and the end (final destination) of the disbelievers is Fire. (See Verse 47:15) 9:68. Allh has promised the hypocrites; men and women, and the disbelievers, the Fire of Hell, therein shall they abide. It will suffice them. Allh has cursed them and for them is the lasting torment. 48:20. Allh has promised you abundant spoils that you will capture, and He has hastened for you this, and He has restrained the hands of men from you, that it may be a sign for the believers, and that He may guide you to a Straight Path. 48:21. And other (victories and much booty there are, He promises you) which are not yet within your power, indeed Allh compasses them, And Allh is Ever Able to do all things. Lets take a closer look at the promise & threat. . 47:15. The description of Paradise which the Muttaqn (pious - see V.2:2) have been promised is that in it are rivers of water the taste and smell of which are not changed; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine delicious to those who drink; and rivers of clarified honey (clear and pure) therein for them is every kind of fruit; and forgiveness from their Lord. (Are these) like those who shall dwell for ever in the Fire, and be given, to drink, boiling water, so that it cuts up their bowels?

Allah's Promise

52:13. The Day when they will be pushed down by force to the Fire of Hell, with a horrible, forceful pushing. 52:14. This is the Fire which you used to belie. 52:15. Is this magic, or do you not see? 52:16. Taste you therein its heat, and whether you are patient of it or impatient of it, it is all the same. You are only being requited for what you used to do. 52:17. Verily, the Muttaqn (pious - see V.2:2) will be in Gardens (Paradise), and Delight. 52:18. Enjoying in that which their Lord has bestowed on them, and (the fact that) their Lord saved them from the torment of the blazing Fire. 52:19. "Eat and drink with happiness because of what you used to do." 52:20. They will recline (with ease) on thrones arranged in ranks. And We shall marry them to Houris (female, fair ones) with wide lovely eyes. 52:21. And those who believe and whose offspring follow them in Faith, to them shall We join their offspring, and We shall not decrease the reward of their deeds in anything. Every person is a pledge for that which he has earned. 52:22. And We shall provide them with fruit and meat, such as they desire. 52:23. There they shall pass from hand to hand a (wine) cup, free from any Laghw (dirty, false, evil vague talk between them), and free from sin (because it will be legal for them to drink). 52:24. And there will go round boy-servants of theirs, to serve them as if they were preserved pearls. 52:25. And some of them draw near to others, questioning. 52:26. Saying: "Aforetime, we were afraid with our families (from the punishment of Allh). 52:27. "But Allh has been gracious to us, and has saved us from the torment of the Fire. 52:28. "Verily, We used to invoke Him (Alone and none else) before. Verily, He is Al-Barr (the Most Subtle, Kind, Courteous, and Generous), the Most Merciful." 55:33. O assembly of jinns and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allh)! 55:34. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny?

Allah's Promise

55:35. There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 55:36. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:37. Then when the heaven is rent asunder, and it becomes rosy or red like red-oil, or red hide. 55:38. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:39. So on that Day no question will be asked of man or jinn as to his sin, (because they have already been known from their faces either white or black). 55:40. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:41. The Mujrimn (polytheists, criminals, sinners, etc.) will be known by their marks (black faces), and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 55:42. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:43. This is Hell which the Mujrimn (polytheists, criminals, sinners, etc.) denied. 55:44. They will go between it (Hell) and the boiling hot water! 55:45. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:46. But for him who [the true believer of Islmic Monotheism who performs all the duties ordained by Allh and His Messenger Muhammad , and keeps away (abstain) from all kinds of sin and evil deeds prohibited in Islm and] fears the standing before his Lord, there will be two Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). 55:47. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:48. With spreading branches; 55:49. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:50. In them (both) will be two springs flowing (free) 55:51. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:52. In them (both) will be every kind of fruit in pairs. 55:53. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:54. Reclining upon the couches lined with silk brocade, and the fruits of the two Gardens will be near at hand.

55:55. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:56. Wherein both will be those (maidens) restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 55:57. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:58. (In beauty) they are like rubies and coral. 55:59. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:60. Is there any reward for good other than good? 55:61. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:62. And besides these two, there are two other Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). 55:63. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:64. Dark green (in colour). 55:65. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:66. In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth water. 55:67. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:68. In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. 55:69. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:70. Therein (gardens) will be fair (wives) good and beautiful; 55:71. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:72. Houris (beautiful, fair females) restrained in pavilions; 55:73. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:74. Whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 55:75. Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55:76. Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. 56:15. (They will be) on thrones woven with gold and precious stones,

Allah's Promise

56:16. Reclining thereon, face to face. 56:17. They will be served by immortal boys, 56:18. With cups, and jugs, and a glass from the flowing wine, 56:19. Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. 56:20. And fruit; that they may choose. 56:21. And the flesh of fowls that they desire. 56:22. And (there will be) Houris (fair females) with wide, lovely eyes (as wives for the pious), 56:23. Like unto preserved pearls. 56:24. A reward for what they used to do. 56:25. No Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk) will they hear therein, nor any sinful speech (like backbiting, etc.). 56:26. But only the saying of: Salm!, Salm! (greetings with peace) ! 56:27. And those on the Right Hand, - Who will be those on the Right Hand? 56:28. (They will be) among thornless lote-trees, 56:29. Among Talh (banana-trees) with fruits piled one above another, 56:30. In shade long-extended, 56:31. By water flowing constantly, 56:32. And fruit in plenty, 56:33. Whose season is not limited, and their supply will not be cut off, 56:34. And on couches or thrones, raised high. 56:35. Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. 56:36. And made them virgins. 56:37. Loving (their husbands only), equal in age. 56:38. For those on the Right Hand.

56:39. A multitude of those (on the Right Hand) will be from the first generation (who embraced Islm). 56:40. And a multitude of those (on the Right Hand) will be from the later times (generations). 56:41. And those on the Left Hand Who will be those on the Left Hand? 56:42. In fierce hot wind and boiling water, 56:43. And shadow of black smoke, 56:44. (That shadow) neither cool, nor (even) good, 56:45. Verily, before that, they indulged in luxury, 56:46. And were persisting in great sin (joining partners in worship along with Allh, committing murders and other crimes, etc.) 56:47. And they used to say: "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then indeed be resurrected? 56:48. "And also our forefathers?" 56:49. Say (O Muhammad ): "(Yes) verily, those of old, and those of later times. 56:50. "All will surely be gathered together for appointed Meeting of a known Day. 56:51. "Then moreover, verily, you the erring-ones, the deniers (of Resurrection)! 56:52. "You verily will eat of the trees of Zaqqm. 56:53. "Then you will fill your bellies therewith, 56:54. "And drink boiling water on top of it, 56:55. "So you will drink (that) like thirsty camels!" 56:56. That will be their entertainment on the Day of Recompense! 56:57. We created you, then why do you believe not? 56:58. Then tell Me (about) the human semen that you emit. 56:59. Is it you who create it (i.e. make this semen into a perfect human being), or are We the Creator? 56:60. We have decreed death to you all, and We are not unable,

Allah's Promise

78:21. Truly, Hell is a place of ambush, 78:22. A dwelling place for the Tghn (those who transgress the boundry limits set by Allh like polytheists, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allh, hyprocrites, sinners, criminals, etc.), 78:23. They will abide therein for ages, 78:24. Nothing cool shall they taste therein, nor any drink. 78:25. Except boiling water, and dirty wound discharges. 78:26. An exact recompense (according to their evil crimes). 78:27. For verily, they used not to look for a reckoning. 78:28. But they belied Our Ayt (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, and that which Our Prophet (Peace be upon him) brought) completely. 78:29. And all things We have recorded in a Book. 78:30. So taste you (the results of your evil actions); no increase shall We give you, except in torment. 78:31. Verily, for the Muttaqn, there will be a success (Paradise); 78:32. Gardens and grapeyards; 78:33. And young full-breasted (mature) maidens of equal age; 78:34. And a full cup (of wine). 78:35. No Laghw (dirty, false, evil talk) shall they hear therein, nor lying; 78:36. A reward from your Lord, an ample calculated gift (according to the best of their good deeds).
