Jeera futures fall 1.44 pc on profit-bookings: Jeera prices fell by Rs 247.50 to Rs 16,945 per quintal in futures trade today on emergence of profit-bookings at prevailing higher levels. The spice for delivery in August lost Rs 235, or 1.40 per cent, to Rs 16,505 per quintal in 12,546 lots. Pepper futures tumble 1.49 pc on sluggish demand: At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, pepper for delivery in September tumbled by Rs 665, or 1.49 per cent, to Rs 43,920 per quintal, with an open interest of 2,089 lots. Coriander demand: Coriander rose for the third day in a row by adding Rs 82 to Rs 4,830 per quintal in futures market today following firm demand. futures remain up on rising
