There will be five supporters club packages for the coming season. These will be separated into Facebook, bronze, silver, gold and platinum. These supporters club packages are designed for local supporters only.
Secretary to be able to attend the supporters club end of season dinner (travel will be at the supporters clubs own cost). This tier will require one secretary who will receive one free True Blue Digital membership. Priority purchase of tickets for Chelseas Player of the Year event to be held at Stamford Bridge. The club must hold a minimum of 2 meetings a season with its members (agenda and minutes to be sent to Chelsea FC).
Should one of the officials be a season ticket holder they will receive a gift card to spend in the club megastore to replace the digital membership offer*.
Silver membership will include: Details on the official club website (contact name, email address or telephone number). 3
Downloadable members certificate. Home Match Ticket priority (excluding Category AA matches and semi finals and finals). Certificate of affiliation. 1 signed ball. 2 meetings a year (secretary only) with Chelsea FC. Monthly prize draw for all club members to win 50 merchandise vouchers. Option to vote for the supporters club Player of the Year. Secretary to be able to attend the supporters club end of season dinner (travel will be at the supporters clubs own cost). Supporters in the UK must have a minimum of 10 loyalty points. There will be a maximum of 500 tickets available on a first come first served basis for these games.

Home Match Ticket priority. 2 magazines to each club. 2 meetings a year (secretary/treasurer only) with Chelsea FC. Any unused away domestic Match Tickets from the platinum clubs allocation will be sold to gold clubs on a first come first served basis. Monthly prize draw for all club members to win 50 merchandise vouchers. Option to vote for the supporters club Player of the Year. Club officials can attend the supporters club end of season dinner (travel will be at the supporters clubs own cost). Priority purchase of tickets for Chelseas Player of the Year event to be held at Stamford Bridge. The secretary and treasurer for the gold clubs will have the opportunity to purchase 1 ticket each for a cup final or semi final for their use only. Should one of the officials be a Season Ticket Holder they will receive a gift card to spend in the club megastore to replace the digital membership offer*.
Associated members details will be required for the annual club trip prior to application, subject to availability. Match Tickets will be charged at the nonmembers price. Chelsea FC will not accept membership applications for the platinum supporters club scheme after December 31st 2012 (this includes adding True Blue Members or Season Ticket Holders). Club secretaries must complete the affiliated application form before Match Ticket applications can be made. Match Tickets will only be sold to members who are added to the affiliated application form prior to any Match Ticket application order period. Bank account/year end figures to be supplied. The cost of a club to join the platinum supporters club membership will be 300.00 per season. This tier will require a secretary and an assistant secretary, a treasurer and an assistant treasurer (who will receive one free True Blue Digital Membership each). An official membership application form will need to be fully completed and sent to the supporters club office. Memberships are non-transferable*. The club must hold a minimum of 2 meetings a season with its members (agenda and minutes to be sent to Chelsea FC). Match Tickets for Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham will only be sold to Members from Europe and the rest of the world who have 5 loyalty points or more. Certificate of affiliation. 4 magazines to each club. 2 meetings a year (secretary/treasurer or assistants) with Chelsea FC. 4 yearbooks per club. Pitch presentations (player of the year matches to be confirmed during the season). Home Match Ticket priority. 150 Away Match Tickets (in total for all platinum clubs) for the domestic FA Premier League and domestic cup games only will be set aside to be sold on a first come first served basis. 400 Match Tickets for cup finals and semi finals away from Stamford Bridge. Match Tickets can only be sold to Members or Season Ticket Holders who have a minimum of 16 loyalty points or more. 50 Match tickets for Champions League away games (excluding the final and semi final) where Chelsea FC receives more than 2000 Match Tickets from the opposing club. Match Tickets will only be sold to Members or Season Ticket Holders who have a minimum of 16 loyalty points or more. Full declaration criteria applies for these Match Tickets. 6
All platinum clubs will have the opportunity to purchase one Match Ticket per Member/Season Ticket Holder for the FA Community Shield. All club members must be fully paid at least one week in advance of this Match Ticket going on sale. 2 match day programmes will be available for the clubs. Programmes can be collected on Match day by the secretary/treasurer only. Should the programmes not be collected they will be sent out the following working day to the secretary. Priority purchase of tickets for Chelseas Player of the Year event to be held at Stamford Bridge. Option to vote for the supporters club Player of the Year. Club officials can attend the supporters club end of season dinner (travel will be at the supporters clubs own cost). Monthly prize draw for all club members to win 50.00 merchandise vouchers. The secretary and treasurer (including assistants) for the platinum clubs will have the opportunity to purchase 1 Match Ticket each for a cup final or semi final for their use only.

Incentives for New True Blue Members Each club will be incentivised to sign NEW True Blue Members each season. Therefore one club in each region (UK, Europe and the rest of the world) who signs the most NEW True Blue Members this season will receive the following additional rewards: Club rewards Officially recognised on the club website as the most grown club. Two additional signed shirts. Each club will receive a trophy in recognition. Magazine article in recognition. Secretary rewards The secretary and a guest will receive 2 free Match Tickets to any Home Match of their choice (flights and hotel not included). Club secretary to attend the player of the year dinner at Chelsea FC (flights and hotel not included). Tour of Cobham for the secretary and one guest. Free stadium tour for the secretary and one guest.
Home Match FA Premier League ticketing policy Match Tickets for Home FA Premier League Matches are sold as follows: Match Tickets will go on sale 49 days before the fixture where 49 days falls on a Saturday or Sunday the tickets will go on sale on the following Monday or if Monday is a Bank Holiday, then Tuesday. Supporters clubs (who qualify to purchase Match Tickets) will be able to apply for 1 Match Ticket per member only. All applications must be applied for no later than 5pm, 45 days before the match with a completed Home Match Ticket application form (with full payment) for the Match Tickets to be processed. Applications after 45 days must be processed via the normal ticketing policy (this will include purchasing extra Match Tickets). FA Premier League Matches will now be priced at category AA, category A or category B. Tickets for Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham will be priced at category AA. Aston Villa, Everton, Fulham, Newcastle United and Queens Park Rangers will be priced at category A. All remaining Matches will be priced at Category B. Chelsea FC reserves the right to change the pricing category of any fixture. Chelsea Football Club reserves the right to change the category of any fixture outside the Matches listed above. Match Tickets can only be sold to True Blue Members and not affiliate members (excluding the annual supporters club trip). All Match Ticket sales are subject to availability. All Match Tickets are non-transferable. Home Match domestic cup ticketing policy The initial selling date varies depending on the number of days Chelsea FC has to sell tickets but the procedure will normally follow the following pattern: Supporters clubs (those qualifying to purchase Match Tickets) will be able to apply for 1 Match Ticket per Member only. All applications must be applied for no later than 5pm, 45 days before the Match with a completed Home Match application form (with full payment) for the Match Tickets to be processed. Applications after 45 days must be processed via the normal ticketing policy (this will include purchasing extra Match Tickets). The discounted pricing structure for home domestic cup fixtures is subject to agreement prior to each Home Match with the visiting club, as per competition rules. Match Tickets can only be sold to Season Ticket Holders/Members and not affiliate members (excluding the annual supporters club trip). 8

Away Match FA Premier League ticketing policy Match Tickets for Away FA Premier League Matches are sold as follows: Platinum supporters clubs will be able to apply for 1 Match Ticket per Season Ticket Holder/Member only. All applications must be applied for no later than 5pm, 33 days before the Match with a completed Away Match application form (with full payment) will be required in order for the Match Tickets to be processed. Any unused Away Match Tickets from the platinum clubs allocation will be sold to gold clubs on a first come first served basis. All Match Ticket sales are subject to availability. All Match Tickets are non-transferable. Away Match domestic cup ticketing policy Match Tickets for Away FA Premier League Matches are sold as follows: Platinum supporters clubs will be able to apply for 1 Match Ticket per Season Ticket Holder/Member only. All applications must be applied for no later than 5pm, 33 days before the Match with a completed Away Match application form (with full payment) will be required in order for the Match Tickets to be processed. Any unused Away Match Tickets from the platinum clubs allocation will be sold to gold clubs on a first come first served basis. All Match Ticket sales are subject to availability. All Match Tickets are non-transferable.
Round of 16 matches will be priced at category A ticket prices. Quarter finals and semi final Matches will be priced at category AA. All Match Ticket sales are subject to availability. All Match Tickets are non-transferable. UEFA Champions League Away Match Ticket scheme Match Tickets for Away Champions League Matches are sold as follows: Platinum supporters clubs will be able to apply for 1 Match Ticket per Season Ticket Holder/Member only. All applications must be received by Chelsea FC no later than 5pm, 33 days before the Match. A completed Away Match application form and declaration (with full payment) will be required in order for the Match Tickets to be processed. All customers completing the declaration form must also include proof of transport booking (non-UK matches only). Tickets can only be sold to a Season Ticket Holder/Member and not to affiliate members. All Match Ticket sales are subject to availability. All Match Tickets are non-transferable.

Match Tickets for the Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, QPR and Tottenham Home and Away Matches will be sold in a loyalty point basis where possible. Points will not be awarded for attendance at any domestic cup final, UEFA Champions League final or the FA Cup semi final. Loyalty points will only apply to Match Tickets purchased from the box office/call centre and via Thomas Cook for Away Champions League Matches. Loyalty points will not apply to hospitality packages or Viagogo purchases. Points will be issued per-Match and not per-Match Ticket. A 5 point bonus will also be awarded to any Member who renews their Membership/enrols for the 2012/13 season before close of business on 31st July 2012. Point bonuses may be attached to specific Matches during the season. Loyalty points may take up to 48 hours to add to a Season TeamCard/Membership card once a sale has been processed. * Chelsea FC reserves the right to apply the use of the loyalty points process in order to obtain Match Tickets to any other fixture outside of the Matches listed above, if required.

Cheque payments (with a valid guaranteed card) are also accepted. Match day Ticket administrative fee All Match Ticket credit/debit card transactions will be subject to a 1.50 per Match Ticket administration fee. Postage of Match Tickets UK Orders of 15 Match Tickets or more will be sent to a UK address by special delivery at the supporters clubs cost. Please state on your booking form if you wish to have the Match Tickets despatched to you or whether you will be collecting them from Stamford Bridge. Europe and Rest of the World All Match Ticket orders going to Europe or the rest of the world can be posted out to the secretary by courier in advance of the Match at the supporters clubs cost. Please state on your booking form if you wish to have the Match Tickets despatched to you or whether you will be collecting them from Stamford Bridge. Chelsea FCs responsibility for the Match Tickets ends from the moment the Match Tickets are posted. Chelsea FC is therefore not responsible for any failings of the postal system. Merchandise Chelsea FC merchandise is available subject to minimum numbers. Please contact the supporters club office for further details. Bank/building society details Supporters clubs (where stated) must have their own bank/building society account. All payments must be made through the supporters club account either by cheque/debit cards. The account will be required to be submitted at the end of each season. The secretary and treasurer will need to be the named signatories. Trademarks and logo The Chelsea logo, or crest as it is known, is registered to Chelsea FC. This means that it cannot be used on any literature or product without Chelsea FCs consent. This is important because it maintains the integrity of the crest, so that anyone purchasing the product knows that it is authentic. As a consequence it is important to note that this restriction of use applies to supporters clubs. Should you wish to use the crest, you must first seek Chelsea FCs consent (via your club liaison officer), stating the purpose for which you wish to use it. Under no circumstances should you use it without Chelsea FCs consent; to do so would jeopardise your official status. References It will be necessary to provide two references for the position of supporters club secretary and treasurer (also assistants for platinum clubs) which should be obtained from an employer or professional person. This will be required prior to the formation of your supporters club. Please supply details on the form provided. 12
Membership cards and packs All Membership cards and packs will be sent to the Member direct and not via the secretary. Annual club trips Supporters clubs can pre-book their annual club trips in advance of matches in order to get the best price on flights/hotels. Applications can be received in advance of the Match Ticket sale date with full payment. Please note this does not include Champions League Matches, the last Home Match of the 2012/2013 season or any Category AA match. Chelsea FC reserves the right to decline advance bookings to any other fixture. NonMembers attending will be priced at the non-Members price. Key club positions Please note that new supporters clubs CANNOT have family members in the key positions. This also includes persons at the same address with a different name. All position holders must be aged 18 or over. Match Ticket pricing All Match Ticket prices are available from the Chelsea FC Ticketing Policy. ALL POLICIES AND TICKETS ARE SUBJECT TO THE MATCH TICKET CONDITIONS OF ISSUE This document is designed solely to assist supporters by explaining Chelsea FCs Supporters Club Ticketing Policy. It is not legally binding and is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Chelsea FC. For the terms and conditions which govern the issue, application for and/or purchase of any tickets referred to within this Supporters Club Ticketing Policy, please refer to Chelsea FCs Match Ticket Conditions of Issue which are available for inspection at www.chelseafc.com. The Match Ticket Conditions of Issue also incorporate the Chelsea FC Ground Regulations, which are available for inspection at Chelsea FCs offices and are displayed at all entrances to and elsewhere in the Ground. In the event of any conflict between this Supporters Club Ticketing Policy and the Match Ticket Conditions, the Match Ticket Conditions shall prevail. Capitalised words and expressions used in this Supporters Club Ticketing Policy shall have the same meanings as those used in the Match Ticket Conditions of Issue.
