Performing four types of static tests in LTE to know the behavior of the eNodeB i.e., UDP Test, FTP Test, PING Test, YouTube Test. Perform and Analyze drive test and generate reports with recommendations and actions. Drive Test using TEMPS 13.1.1 and Mapinfo 10.5 , analyzing the Drive test log file using ACTIX. Using the TEMPS 13.1.1 observing the particular cell parameters such as RSCP, ECNO, RSSI, SQI etc. Drive Test & Optimization Includes Checking the Signal Strength of a particular ALU sites in a region and accordingly changing the tilts and orientation of the GSM Antenna to improve the Coverage area. Completing the target of given number of sites for drive and optimization on or before time. Performing the HSPA test for 3G network for each sector of Node B.

2G RF DRIVE TEST Conducting Drive for macro & micro sites to meet traffic and coverage requirements. Co-channel (C/I) and Adjacent channel (C/A) Interference analysis. Checking the handover performance between cells. Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming / Outgoing HO). Drive Test using TEMPS 13.1.1 and Mapinfo 10.5 , analyzing the Drive test log file using ACTIX. Observing the particular cell parameters such as Rx-level, Rx-quality, C/I, SQI, HSN, MAIO, BER, FER, CGI etc. Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to gather productrelated information. Drive Test Includes Checking the Signal Strength of a particular sites in a region and thus improving the coverage area. Responsible for performing Pre-drive test and post-drive test for new site, BSC migration Drive Test. Planning Capacity sites based on the utilization & blocking of the sites. Completing the target of given number of sites within the designated timeframe.

Recommend solutions to customer request for RF Drive Data collection, Processing and Analysis. Taking charge in absence of coordinator. Used Tems 10.0.3 and Mapinfo from 3G drive tests. Drive detailed & standard drives, BSC, MSC and RNC testing. Also resolving issues related to coverage problem by re-orientation of Antennas, tilting (Electrical & Mechanical. Escalating & following with issues. Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports based on the optimizers request. Expertise in drive Test which involved conducting various measurements aimed at gathering specific data representing a complete network for 3G (WCDMA) and 2G (GSM). Expertise in handling capacity, coverage & quality issues in the network keeping a tab on overall cost.

2G RF DRIVE TEST Optimizing of the sites till we achieve desired KPI's as per set standards. Studying of various reports generated for the sites as well as logs for any alarms in the site. Co-channel (C/I) and Adjacent channel (C/A) Interference analysis. Requires personal on field visit to low or no coverage area, and performing a survey of it and proposing a site to improve coverage. On hands experience of drive test tool such as TEMS investigation 8.0/9.0/10.0 & Genex probe 1.52/1.53/2.3. Checking the handover performance between cells. Planning and re planning cell size antennas (Azimuth or tilt) and/or location to meet traffic capacity & coverage needs. Perform and Analyze drive test and generate reports with recommendations and actions. Drive Test using TEMS Investigation, Genex probe analyzing the Drive test log file. Observing the particular cell parameters such as Rx-level, Rx-quality, C/I, SQI, HSN, MAIO, BER, FER, CGI etc. Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to gather product-related information. Drive Test Includes Checking the Signal Strength of a particular sites in a region and thus improving the coverage area.

Responsible for performing drive test and post-Processing of drive test data and Performance Analysis of each site.
