My name is Don LaForge and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 23 years specializing in all aspects of fitness, including nutritional guidance and meal planning. I hold bodybuilding titles and have a passion toward helping others achieve their fitness goals. I also have a background in Nutraceuticals, including knowledge of sports supplements, vitamins, medicinal herbs and Ayurvedics. I have a MS in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Nutrition, but have also earned my degree in Biotechnology. I love spending my free time with my girlfriend, Ingrid, and her dog Scrappy. I also enjoy hiking, going to the movies and attending church. Some of my favorite hobbies are golfing and bowling. I look forward to joining Team Fireside and helping you, the residents, get fit and healthy. The other tour visits the west side and then leaves town entirely, heading out into the gorgeous Dry Creek Valley with stunning vistas of Boynton and Long Canyon.
