3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Basic Use:
The Epro injection tube system is designed to
be installed at the time of construction with the
intent of providing the ability to inject polyur-
ethane resin such as Epro PU403 after con-
struction is completed to repair leakage at cold
joints if it should occur or as a permanent pre-
ventive water stop measure.
Composition:
• A sturdy PVC hose withstands pressures up
to 60 ft. of poured concrete.
• A layer of tightly woven fabric (filter) pre-
vents concrete particles from entering the tube.
• Perforations in the hose which allows the res-
in to flow out the tube without loss of pressure.
• A top layer of tough plastic fabric protects
the filter fabric against damage.
• The sleeves and screws provide for easy in-
stallation and resin injection.

5. INSTALLATION
Preparation:
• Remove any loose debris.
• Repair any concrete area prior to placement
of the injection tube application.
• Place tube in direct contact with concrete us-
ing clips or rebar and wire to hold in place ev-
ery 12”.
• The clips maybe attached using nails or ep-
oxy adhesive.
• Tension on the tube should be sufficient to
prevent movement during concrete placement.
• 30’ tube sections should overlap each other
12”.
• Each PVC injection sleeve is attached to the
end of each tube segment and is bent at 90° an-
gle before exiting the surface of the concrete.
• The PVC injection sleeve shall extend 1”-3”
beyond the surface of the concrete.
Application:
• Mix part A with part B at a ratio of 1 to 1.
• Inject the resin mixture with approved high
pressure injection equipment.
• Insert screws after completing resin injection.

7. WARRANTY
Limited Warranty: EPRO warrants this prod-
uct to be free from defects. EPRO makes no
other warranties with respect to this product,
express or implied, including without limita-
tion the implied warranties of MERCHANT-
ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. EPRO’s liability shall be limited
in all events to supplying sufficient product to
retreat the specific areas to which defective
product has been applied. EPRO shall have
no other liability, including liability for inci-
dental or resultant damages, whether due to
breach of warranty or negligence. This war-
ranty may not be modified or extended by
representatives of EPRO or its distributors.
