Who We Are - Key People


Vishal Bhargava
Is the Founder and Director of Right Step Consulting Private Limited. Prior to the inception of Right Step Consulting, Vishal had served as the Associate Director for Manpower India, the Indian subsidiary of the Manpower Inc. where he built a new SBU from scratch, during the peak of global slowdown in 2008-09. The SBU serviced clients across sectors and had the highest productivity amongst its peers. Previously, Vishal had worked with Tata Teleservices as Sr. Manager where he was reporting to President and was a key member of the core Sales & Marketing team that ran the prepaid mobile business. He started his career with a Birla Group company into paper business (Sirpur Papers) and was key member of their Chairman & Directors office. Vishal brings a unique blend of experience & understanding of a Global MNC, Indian professional business group and a typical promoter driven Indian mid size company. He has hands on experience across various functions in both manufacturing and service sector. Vishal is a CFA and Executive MBA from IIM, Indore.
