The Annual Fee payable by the students admitted under ClWGC / NRI / FN categories for UG / PG Programmes for the academic year (July 2012 - June 2013) is furnished in the Annexure. The students undergoing the courses both in the Main Campus and MIT campus are requested to pay the tuition fees pertaining to their programmes as mentioned in the Annexure in the form of Demand Draft (in US Dollar) drawn in favour of THE DIRECTOR, CENTRE FOR INTERNATIIONAL AFFAIRS, ANNA UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI 600025, INDIA, Payable at NEW YORK. The fees will be collected at the Ofice of the Centre for lnternational Affairs (Second Floor of CPDE Building) Anna University Main Campus on the following dates from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

1. Late payment of fee is permissible with a fine of 100 USD from 10 July 2012 to 16 July 2012 for all semesters of UG I PG Degree Programmes. 2. The Students are advised to produce the Fee Receipt to their Class Advisors on or before 16 July 2012. 3. The Class Advisors are requested to allow the students to attend the classes on verification of the fee receipt (Centre for lnternational Affairs Fee Receipt). The students who have not paid the Tuition Fees on or before 16 July 2012 should be strictly prevented from attending the classes. 4. Attendance should be given only from the date of payment of tuition fees / with fine. 5. The students who do not pay the fees even by the deadline i.e. by 16 July 2012 will be deemed to have discontinued. Their names will be deleted from the rolls. 6. Examination Fee - The examination fees is to be remitted in the Registrar's Alc at SBI, Anna University Branch and MIT Special Extension Counter in the prescribed challan available in the ACOE / HOD'Soffice. Note: The students who wish to remit the fees before July 2" can do so at the Centre for lnterna ional Affairs.
