APPLICATIONS
The GANTRAIL 2112/05 adjustable crane rail clip is designed to x light rails in medium and light duty applications. It can withstand a horizontal force from the rail of 21kN (2.1 tonnes) depending on xing means. Its low prole allows it to be used with cranes which are tted with guide rollers. FEATURES The proven design has been used successfully for many years. The clips allow 5mm of horizontal rail adjustment. The clip is bolted to the rail support, or xed with a welded stud. The clip is supplied with a special hardened washer. A special vulcanised rubber member applies a controlled force to the rail.

Elle rsiste une charge latrale du rail de 21kN (2.1 tonnes), selon le moyen de xation choisi. Sa petite taille permet son usage avec des pontsroulants quips de rouleaux-guides. CARACTERISTIQUES La russite de ce systme a t prouve par son usage depuis plusieurs annes partout dans le monde entier. Les xations peuvent tolrer un ajustage de 5mm au rail transversal. Le crapaud (clip) est boulonn au support de rail ou x avec un goujon (lte) soud. Le clip est fourni avec une rondelle dure spciale. Une pice spciale en caoutchouc vulcanis expose le rail une pression controle.

Sie widersteht einer horizontalen Kraft von der Schienen von 21kN (2.1 Tonnen), je nach Befestigungsmethode. Aufgrund lhres niedrigen Prols kann sie auch bie Krnen, die mit Leitrollen ausgestattet sind, verwendet werden. CHARAKTERISTISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN Das bewhrte Design ist seit vielen Jahren weltweit erfolgreich im Einsatz. Die Klemmplatte ermglicht eine horizontale Schienenverstellung von 5mm. Die Klemmplatte wird an einen auf die Schienenunterlagsplatte geschweiten Gewindebolzen oder mit durchgehender Schraube, Mutter und Scheibe auf der Platte befestigt. Die klemmplatte wird mit einer speziel gehrteten scheibe geliefert. Ein vulkanisiertes Spezialgummiglied bt eine kontrollierte Kraft auf die Schiene aus.

Puede resistir una fuerza horizontal del riel de 21kN (2.1 toneladas) dependiendo del mtodo jacin. Su bajo perfl permite usarlo con gras equipadas con rodillos de gua. CARACTERISTICAS Este probado diseo se ha usado con xito en todo el mundo. Los sujetadores permiten un ajuste horizontal de 5mm en el riel. El sujetador se ja al soporte del riel con perno pasado o soldado al soporte. El sujetador es suministrado con una arandela especial endurecida. Una pieza de caucho vulcanizado especial aplica una fuerza controlada al riel.
