This instrument is a Notice of Default in Dishonor upon the instrument(s) tendered by the Claimant(s) on or about April 28, 2012 with the U.S.P.S. Registered Mail Article No. RA188476789US, Return Receipt, and received by the Respondent(s) on or about April 30, 2012 at the address referenced above. PRESENTMENT: On April 28, 2012, Shaquana Snyder-El, Notary Public, at the request of the Claimant(s), presented the following instrument(s), hereinafter Presentment, for acceptance: 1. Allowing Twenty One (10) days for the acceptance, fault, and opportunity to cure, and time allowed having passed for acceptance, and the Notary showing no record of acceptance, Claimant(s) now deems the instrument(s) to have been dishonored on May 21, 2012, and therefore a confession of judgment on the merits is warranted.
