OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

PROJECT OBJECTIVE: To Study the H.R policies of Codescape Pvt Ltd. To understand the various H.R polices carried out in the organization. This will include the learning of the polices and finding out how well they are implemented. To analyze and find out the loop holes in the current practices of the H.R polices from the employee point of view. To understand whether the policies framed by the company are beneficial to the employees and to what extent the employees are satisfied with the current policies running in the organization.

INTRODUCTION
IT INDUSTRY Information technology (IT) is defined as the design, development, implementation and management of computer-based information systems, particularly software applications and computer hardware. Today, it has grown to cover most aspects of Technology and computing. IT sector has been gradually increasing their share in industry aggregate. The software sector in India has grown at almost double IT IS THE BACKBONE OF the rate of the US software EVERY INDUSTRY sector. Export of software and services from India is expected to add almost 41 billion US dollars to the annual revenue of the Indian government in the current year. IT is the backbone of every industry may it be retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing or even the hotel industry. In todays world, its very important to act fast therefore there is a need for information to travel at a rapid speed. Here IT systems play an important role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing information in a relevant manner that can provide value to the organization. India is now home to a number of IT giants. The operations of IT firms like Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Tata Consultancy Services and many more in different locations of India have changed the entire scenario of the Indian job market.
