Expectations of higher management from me: What are the expectations of higher management from me?

In my point of view some of expectations are as follows. I should be sincere with my work. They want me to act as leader for my department and I should work as leader to make decisions for my department which will be helpful and effective for the worth of our company. I should do the reliable acts so that my company will get the better growth then our competitors. I should bring some effective innovations with in my department I should maintain the discipline in my department. The productivity of my work should be good helpful for the productivity of our industry I should minimize the errors and bugs with in my department. My work should be credible. Because I m the person who is somehow representing a very strong department of Century papers and board mills I should have the ability to manage the people who are working under me in my department. I should know how to take work from the people who are in my department.

What are the expectations of my department from me: Here are some of expectations which I think that my department should have from me. The head of our department should be a wise man that can make better decision for us. He should know the problems we are facing and he will solve those problems. He should sincere to us so that he can solve our problems. He should guide us in all the matters where we needed him. The head of our department should stand by us if we caught in any trouble. The head of our department should sincerely raise our needs and wants in front of higher management. The head of our department should be neutral to all workers and should not favor any single individual because he has some personal terms with that worker. He should make the decisions on merit base. Our head of department should be a person who knows that what to do and when to do and how to do in cases of emergencies. Our head of department should be a cool minded person so he can better guide us in case if we are doing our work in wrong manners.

What are my expectations from my colleagues? Here are some of my expectations of mine from my colleagues. My colleagues should be sincere to the firm where we are working They should stand by me in case when I need them My colleagues should work on the merit base. My colleagues should not be jealous from one another and do their own work sincerely My colleagues should know my weaknesses and strengths so they can give some good ideas My colleagues should be the people who always there to help me. My colleagues should be the highly skilled people so we can make our self as market leader in our field
