Prime Powers Deluxe Range of Honda powered units provide product features that you want in portable power. Genuine Honda engines with long range fuel tanks, full control panels with a volt meter, 12V battery charging and power outlets PLUS the fuel saving automatic idle (on HO5000 upwards) makes this type of unit sought after by tradesman and home owners alike. The automatic idle function reduces the engine speed to an idle when there is no load (or current draw) on the unit, automatically increasing the engine speed when a load is introduced. This not only saves fuel but also produces less engine wear and reduces the overall noise of the unit.

AUTO STOP / START

The auto stop start controller is available for all Honda Basic electric start models and Yanmar diesel electric start portable units. For those who wish their Prime Power generator to either start remotely or via a multi function timer. Features include: Heat sensor on the muffler to operate the engine choke when required Time delay contactor to allow the engine to sufficiently warm up, which stops voltage fluctuations at initial start up and stop Safety shutdown in the event of either lack of fuel or no oil (in diesel only) to protect your engine Typical applications include: Remote applications: Bore pumps Lighting applications General situations where accessibility of the unit is restricted Solar power back up situations Also available with auto mains failure that enables the user to have it set up to auto start should the power fail and electricity be required and then turn itself off when the mains power is restored. 7

Prime Powers range of rugged trash pumps are suitable for multiple uses, from construction sites to on farm applications.

Available in 2, 3 and 4, this range of engine drive pumps has quick release front bodies to give 100% access to the internals of the pump to clear any debris, removing the need to disconnect any pipe work. With flows from 680lpm up to 2200lpm there is sure to be a pump to suit. All pump units come with roll frames, non clog open impellors, high quality casings and are available in either Honda or Robin engine configurations.

PP20 -PL If you are looking for an engine drive pump to transfer liquids not normally pumped by traditional metal pumps, look no further. Prime Power has a 2 Poly Transfer Pump that has a flow of over 500lpm and a max head of 32m. Viton seals, stainless bolts all with a 5.5HP Honda are standard with this unit. The pump is supplied with an intergrated handle for easy lifting, with pump internals that handle various liquids for around the farm. Sea water and saline ground water are also able to be successfully moved.

PP80GPT - ECONOMY TRASH If you are wanting an economy type 3 trash pump then you will be happy with this trash pump from Prime Power. Using a 5.5HP engine, this unit is capable of moving 1000 lpm. Solids 25mm are able to be passed through its waterways allowing this pump to be used on construction sites needing dewatering or for use in irrigation. Roll frames and genuine Honda engines make this an excellent pump for any application needing a trash type pump
