Dear Mr. Akhil Kumar Sub: Replacement of Motherboard Ref: KTV/Hyd/1234 Klassic Electronics is one of the leading manufacturer of LCD TVs and having faith in this brand I purchased the model no. KT 99 on Jan 2, 2009, against the invoice no. KTV/Hyd/1234. The television was performing exceptionally well; however, it has developed a technical snag within 4months of purchase. The serviceman was very prompt in sending a repairman. Unfortunately the problem again resurfaced after 15 days. I have been informed by the Regional Sales Manager that the motherboard needs to be replaced. Klassic brand service is always said to be excellent, unfortunately the service has not been satisfactory up till now The TV is under the one year warranty period, so as per the terms of the warranty I request you to replace the motherboard free of cost. Keeping up with the customer friendly approach of Klassic it is suggested to reconsider Mr. Adityas claim as there was some service problem. We can reconsider the claim partially and also discuss the new business proposal of selling the TVs to the members of SECs.
