Valve design for SS valves API-603 2. Face to Face & End to End to dimensions ASME/ANSI B 16.10 3. Pressure- Temperature rating ASME/ANSI B 16.34 4. Pressure Testing API-598/ISO-5208 5. In case of Flanged end, Flanges shall be drilled to ASME/ANSI B 16.5 or ISO- 7005-1 with raised face serrated spiral finish 6. In case of Butt weld, ASME/ANSI B 16.25 shall be followed for ends. 7. In case of Socket end connection, ANSI B 16.11 shall be followed. All Gate valves shall be raising stem type, and flanged bonnet with flexible wedge as per API design standard. Seating Surface or Trim Material: as per API & to suit to application as given in each case. All gate valves shall have back seat bushing facility and grease fitting to yoke bush lubrication. Gland packing: Teadit make or equivalent graphite packing to suit given application. Bonnet Gasket: Corrugated soft steel or spirally wound SS with graphite filling. Pressure test, Shell test, closure tightness test, high pressure closure tightness test, and back seat test as applicable as per API-598 standards shall be carried out. Cast and forged Steel Gate Valves CS gate valves shall be Forged Steel valves up to 2 size and Cast steel valves above 2. Body, Bonnet and Wedge shall be of ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB with suitable seating surface. Stem shall be of 13% Cr SS AISI-410 and studs & nuts shall be conforming to ASTM A193 Gr B7 & 194 Gr 2H.

Specifications for SS gate valves: Valve design: API-603 Body, Bonnet, Wedge and all internals shall be of ASTM A 315 Gr. CF8M with suitable seating surface. Stem shall be of SS AISI-316 and studs & nuts shall be conforming to ASTM A193 Gr B7 & 194 Gr 2H.

In case of PO, the bidder shall submit QAP for approval before commencing of production.
