Every student is expected to maintain discipline in and outside the classroom. In case of violation of any of the rules & regulations or discipline the institute reserves the right to disenrol any student without any refund of fee. All students are required to bring identity card daily in the class & study matter will be given through identity card only. MADE EASY reserves the right to make any alterations in its programmes/fees/faculty/venue of classes without any prior notice to anybody. However all the changes will be informed to the students accordingly. The batch once allotted at the time of admission will not be changed. Students enrolled under classroom courses will not be transferred or shifted to postal course MADE EASY students are required to submit photocopy of their IES & GATE admit cards. It is mandatory to attach two photographs & a copy of ID proof with the form at the time of admission. (The name and photo of candidate may be published in the list of successful candidates in current or future sessions for promotion of institute). Candidates who will avail the facility to pay the fees in two installments will be charged Rs. 1500/- extra within 45 days of commencement of batch. The fee will be refundable only within 5 days from announcement of batch after deducting admission charges. The student can get his seat replaced with new student within Ist three months of the batch. Replacement charges will be Rs. 3000/-. This option can be availed by students only when refund option is not available.

MADE EASY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The students enrolled with MADE EASY will have to follow the norms and regulations of MADE EASY failing which they might have to bear serious repercussions. 1. Fees Payment: The Students are required to pay the full fees as mentioned in website at the time of admission only. The fee should be payed through demand draft. For Delhi & Noida Centres: The D.D. should be made in favour IES MADE EASY payable a New Delhi. For Bhopal, Hyderabad & Jaipur Centres : D.D. should be made in favour of MADE EASY Education Pvt. Ltd. Payable at respective centre. Note : Cheque payment is not accepted 2. Refund and Replacement Procedure: In case a student is not able to continue his classes, due to some unavoidable reasons, MADE EASY provides two alternatives to such candidates: He/she can get fee refund within the first 5 days of the commencement of the batch. Fees will be refunded after deducting initial processing and admission charges of Rs. 3,000. Refund amount will be paid through cheque only, issued in the favour of the candidate. The student can get his/her seat replaced with another student within the 1st three months of the commencement of course. In case of replacement, the student, who will be joining, should not be a student of MADE EASY and he/ she will also not get any back up classes or study material issued till the date of replacement. The amount of Rs. 3000/- will be charged as replacement processing charges. Further replacement or refund is not allowed to the student. The students must understand that fee refund is a part of the policy of MADE EASY and we strictly follow the refund rules & regulations as mentioned above. However, if the request of refund is submitted (in written with required documents such as MADE EASY I-card if issued, fee receipt) after the Refund Date is over; we will not entertain it. Please also note that refund requests made verbally/orally or through Telephone/email/Fax are also not entertained. Submit the Refund Application in person to the coordinator in the admission office. Only the student or parents can submit Fee Refund application. Please note that, we will not accept the Fee Refund application form from any other person/relative/friend. 3. ID-Card : Each student will be issued an ID card after the payment of full fees. The entry of student into the classes/ MADE EASY premises will be allowed only with ID card. For attending the classes student is required to collect his/her ID card from admission department before starting the batch. A student, not carrying ID Card of MADE EASY, will not be allowed to enter inside the classroom in any circumstances. If the ID card/fees receipt of student is lost /misplaced then no duplicate ID card/fees receipt is issued to him/her. Identity card must be retained by the students with full of caution and safety. It is a very important document and a proof of your association with MADE EASY. The re-issuing of the identity card will depend on the discretion of the Management, considering the circumstances in which the ID card was lost. Managements decision regarding the re-issue will be final and unquestionable. If the management decides to re-issue the Duplicate ID Card, the student will have to submit a copy of FIR with an amount of Rs. 200 and one recent passport size photograph. 4. Change of Batch or Center: The batch or center, once allotted at the time of admission, will not be changed. Hence students are advised to discuss batch timings and dates with our counselors and accordingly join suitable batches as per their convenience. Students enrolled under classroom courses will not be transferred or shifted to postal courses. 5. Study Material: Study material will be distributed to all the students at their respective centers. Students must collect their study material as and when the announcements are made. After the due dates, MADE EASY will not be responsible for any issue related to study material. However under some unavoidable circumstances, if a student is unable to collect the study material then he/she can collect the study material as per the below given schedule at their respective centers: Regular Batches : Monday & Wednesday Weekend Batches : Sunday Study Material will be issued at the respective center of candidate only after showing the ID Card & entry of study material into ID card is compulsory. Study material is provided for the use of candidates who are enrolled with MADE EASY and it must not be sold or transferred to other candidates, under any circumstances. 6. Absenteeism: Students must attend the Classes and Test Series regularly in their assigned batches and as per the scheduled time table only. Students will be solely responsible for their absenteeism from classes/Test series. In case of absenteeism, permission to attend missed classes, in other batches, is subject to the discretion of management and availability of seats. In case of absence in Test Series, no separate question papers will be issued to the students. 7. General Instructions: Students are advised to adhere to adequate discipline and sincerity within the premises of MADE EASY. If anyone is found guilty of misbehaving with MADE EASY staff or classmates, fighting or any other illegal activity, will be debarred from attending classes and strict legal actions will be taken against him. MADE EASY reserves the right to make any alterations in its programs/fees/faculty/venue of classes without any prior notice to anybody. However all the changes will be well-notified to the students. The decision of MADE EASY shall remain the final. If there is any change in the syllabus during the course of the program, the institute will make all the possible efforts to cover the revised syllabus.
