This Handbook is designed to support AS 5037(Int)2003, Knowledge Management and other publications in knowledge management prepared by Standards Australia International. This Handbook is based on Knowledge Management Vocabulary (PD 7500) published by the British Standards Institute (BSI). PD 7500 was modified and adapted for the Australian knowledge management context by Standards Australia Committee MB-007, Knowledge Management.
