Evidently, we all are different and have different desires, but everybody has a unique role in society, even

though it may appear to be limited. Contrary to what we are being taught, there is no obligation to reach for the stars or strive towards something lofty. No one is better or worse than others. Once we reach an integral connection between us, we will become a conscious society, in which everyone can fully realize his or her human potential. Each of us will be a free bird; yet, we will be connected with others by the common goal and aspiration happiness for all of humanity.

Redeeming Economy
Hence, being a part of a general system, we have to learn to make decisions together and then implement them together. There is no other purpose in our world but connection. This is why nothing but unity will help solve the crisis that is now being revealed. And all other actions will indirectly bring us to the realization of the truth that the only thing we need is connection. Nouriel Roubini, Professor of Economics, NYU, supports this idea by saying that to stabilize market-oriented economies requires a return to the right balance between markets and provision of public goods. Any economic model that does not properly address inequality will eventually face a crisis of legitimacy. Unless the relative economic roles of the market and the state are rebalanced, the protests will become more severe, with social and political instability eventually harming long-term economic growth and welfare. However, like all economists, Roubini views redeeming economy through the connections between different parts of society in their

mutual exchange of valuables, without considering that the structure of society has changed, and from egoistic connections between us, there emerged new ties of complete mutual dependence between countries, organizations, and nations. Until now, it has been hard to consider such degree of mutual responsibility because for this, a person has to reach the awareness level of I guarantee your livelihood. But today, by agreeing to learn what it takes to live in the global, integral world, we will be able to understand, simply and naturally, how to trade, communicate, connect, distribute, exchange goods, and sustain each other and ourselves. Yet, it is crucial for us to understand that our transition to the new type of economy must go hand in hand with raising our awareness toward mutual responsibility since we are the ones to implement the change.

What Does The Future Hold?

The future of millions of American families is in jeopardy. According to the warning issued by the International Labor Organization (ILO), growing unemployment resulting from the 2008 global economic crisis is threatening to cause social unrest in a number of countries around the world. In a new report, the ILO says that globally over 200 million people are without jobs as the slowdown in economic recovery continues. If the current trends continue, it adds, it will take at least five years to return employment in advanced economies to the pre-crisis levels. Many are afraid of the future today. People are losing jobs, and even more are afraid of losing and not finding employment to earn an income to meet basic needs. According to the report, there are two hundred million jobless people in the world; considering this trend and everything else we see happening in the world, it can be safely assumed that this number will continue to grow. As a result of the global economic crisis, in real terms, young people earn less than their peers did after the World War II. Many of them are denied their basic benefits package and severance pay. In the United States, the unemployment rate among young people under 25 is 17%, in France 20%, in Spain 46%. This represents a huge dilemma for the people themselves, for society as a whole and for governments; implications range from economic depression to potential bloody revolutions and wars. This is a time bomb. Knowing this, in 2011 the authorities began to flirt with the OWS movement. Obama and Soros expressed their sympathy, but there is no solution! The government should get ready for waves of layoffs and decide what to do with people

who have no work, and for a long term. Facing an unprecedented labor-market phenomenon, workforce institutions and business leaders seek effective responses before millions more find themselves at risk.

and ecology. The crisis can, on the one hand, be a catastrophe and, on the other hand, a rebirth. In fact, the word crisis comes from the Greek word krisis, which means a new beginning. The purpose behind the changes that are happening to all of humanity is to return us to our natural state, where we are completely in balance with each other and with the environment around us. However, to get to this point, we need a true value revolution, as well as a new model of human society. The problem of unemployment, along with all other crises, can be quickly resolved if we build the right connections among us. Until we all learn to live in a new integrating world, the issue wont be resolved. On the contrary, it will continue to challenge us, as it happens according to the law of evolution.

Crisis And Responsibility

M. Khasin, one of the worlds leading economists, claims that modern political and economic life is largely determined by internal and external contradictions: The modern political class refuses to recognize the existence of the crisis. The politicians are ready for anything, but on condition that their position and profits are not hurt in any way. In the last ten years the politicians fought with courage against any personal responsibility, whereas a crisis is always a responsibility. This situation, which we tend to call crisis is part of a general, global, integral predicament, which is taking place in all layers of material human life including the economy, education, culture, science, health

The Integration Paradigm

We are already discovering that with existing and emerging technology, it is enough for an adult to work a few hours a day to produce and deliver whatever is necessary for the entire population of the globe. But what we are yet to discover is that the rest of the time, we - child and adult alike - are going to have to learn how to live in the new integrated, global society, the law of homeostasis, interdependence, and mutual responsibility. Hence, learning is going to become the main element of our life, but for it, each person will be entitled to receive everything necessary for existence. But studying how to live in mutual responsibility will become a primary task of every member of the integral society. This is where unemployment becomes freedom.
