Tracking Stock in Transit is not possible in Consignment Fill-Up.

As soon as you do Good Issue for Consignement FIll-Up, the stock will be reflect as Special Stock lying at Customer premises, this you can easily track in MMBE. Subsequently as soon as you post Good Issue for Consignment Issue, the Special Stock move out from your system (just as on normal Sales).

Basically when i am doing Consignment Fill-up and doing Delivery and PGI it says use Transfer order in order to do PGI . As i have seen in configuration that without warehouse we cant do Transfer order in consignment process .Quite confused in it ...

Scenario: After production finished goods transferred into Store 100, now my client want to move these finished stock onsite store 200 also they want to view stock in transit . My concern is how i suppose to do delivery and PGI when i dont know how much stock is available in store 200. 1) If you do not have Warehouse, then why do you wish to create Transfer Order. Just follow the normal process - FIll-Up order - Delivery - Good Issue. While doing Consignment Issue i am getting Picked qty 0 and its grayed out in PGIOne more thing is For consignment Fillup i have to do separate process and for Consignment Issue i have to do separate process . means there is no link between KB and KE. KB - Delivery - PGI KE without (KB) subsequent document . Is there any way to map/view Stock in transit in Consignment process (any possibility) As stated earlier, it is not possible to monitor Stock in Transit in Consignment Process. Regarding Link between Consignement Fill-Up & Consignment issue, for KE you have to set Reference Mandatory (In VOV8) as C - With reference to a sales orderThen maintain Copy COntrol Records Between KE & KB. This will make sure that KE document cannot be created without Reference to KB. Thus there will be a clear link between Consignement Fill-Up & Consignment Issue Process & all the subsequent transactions thereafter. In that case, you have to go with my first suggestion. Create a dummy plant to where you stock transfer from delivering plant to this dummy plant via 641 movement type so that the same can be seen in MB5T and in the dummy plant, do MIGO. By this, you can track the stock in transit. From the explanation what you had posted, I would recommend NOT to go with consignment fill up,Basically when i am doing Consignment Fill-up and doing Delivery and PGI it says use Transfer order in order to do PGI . my question is r u using warehouse management in your process. if you are using warehouse management then you need to do transfer order (TO) after then only you can able to do delivery. in same delivery itself we can able to do transfer order by going to Subsequent Functions - Create transfer order If you are not using warehouse management in your process. pls check is there any warehouse number appearing in delivery and also check the configuration of warehouse number and movement types settings .

Picked quantity is 0 means system is permiting to do PGI through transfer order, that means the stock which you are using for Consignment Fill up is in that storage location which is warehouse complex plant storage area.

Use material from which is diferent storage location. Since plant can have number of storage locations. You can directly pick materials and do PGI if the storage location is assigned to plant
