2. TEST REGISTRATION LOCATIONS

Registration for Entry Test of B.Sc Technology programs may be done at: a. b. c. d. e. NOTE:d. Applicants shall appear for the test in the Entry Test Center of the city where their application has been submitted. Location of Test Centers will be printed on the Admit Cards issued by the above institutions. e. Applicants are advised to choose a City nearest to the District of Domicile and apply at their earliest at one of the location listed above. Seating capacity is limited in each Center. f. Applicants will have to choose an alternate test center in case all seats in a center of their choice have been filled.

3. ENTRY TEST APPLICATIONS

a. The Entry Test Application shall be filled online through the web link http://admission.uet.edu.pk from 13-08-2012 onwards. Applicants must ensure that the entered data is correct before taking a printout of the online filled application alongwith copies of bank challan. b. Printed application alongwith prescribed attachments shall be submitted at one of the above centers to obtain the Admit Card. c. In case of unavailability of computer facilities, applicants may use this facility in the designated computer laboratories at the above centers from 13-08-2012 to 01-09-2012 excluding Eid vacations. d. The Entry Test Fee of Rs. 350/- may be deposited in any online HBL Branch in Pakistan.

4. WHO MAY APPLY?

Candidates domiciled in Punjab with F.Sc./ Intermediate/ equivalent qualification OR Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in the relevant field may apply for appearing in the Entry Test.

5. ATTACHMENTS WITH THE ENTRY TEST APPLICATION

a. b. c. Photocopy of CNIC or Computerized B Form issued by NADRA. Two passport size photographs (one to be pasted on the printed application). Paid Challan Form Receipt Number 1.

6. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
a. Application complete in all respect should be submitted during the working hours (Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9:00 A.M to 2:00 PM and Friday 9:00 A.M to 12:00 Noon). b. Applications will not be received during Eid-ul-Fitr vacations from 20th August until 22nd August 2012. c. It is not essential for an applicant to appear in person for submission of Entry Test application at the desired center. d. Incomplete Entry Test applications and applications sent through post/courier shall be rejected. 7. REQUIREMENT OF PHOTO-ID AT THE TEST CENTER DURING ENTRY TEST Applicants are reminded to arrange for photo-ID like CNIC, SSC Certificate, Domicile etc for presentation in the Entry Test Centers during the Entry Test. The LAST DATE for submitting the Entry Test Application is 01-09-2012 up to 16:00 Hours.

Result of Combined Entry Test shall be declared on 20-09-2012 (Midnight) and available at web link http://admission.uet.edu.pk. However the key for self-marking shall be uploaded on the website on the midnight of the test date. c.
