Career and Technical Education student with two year concentration in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry studies. Culinary Skills of Mastery: Knife Cuts, soups, sauces (such as tomato, hollandaise, espagnole, bchamel, and velout), consomms, salads, wraps, sandwich preparation, salad dressing, sauting, grilling, poaching, roasting, frying, breakfast cooking (which include, omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, as well as boiled eggs) Baking a Pasty Skills of Mastery: The Creaming, Muffin, and biscuit methods. Quick breads, yeast breads, Danishes, as well as international desserts. Front of house Skills of Mastery: Customer Service, cash handling, register transactions, opening and closing procedures, beverage handling, maintaining a grab and go style display. 2010-2012
