July 20, 2012 Dear Friend of the Creekview Band: The award-winning Creekview High School Band is planning

its 15th Annual Dinner and Silent Action, which will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012. Our organization has built a great reputation and this event is very well known in our community. Last year we had over 800 guests! The support received from you and other local businesses allow the Mustang Band to raise money for their award-winning marching show. There is a great need to purchase items for their half-time show, hire technicians, purchase instruments, pay for transportation expenses as well as a host of other necessities that are imperative to running a quality, successful band program. Your support also allows us to defer these expenses from the students. We are in need of gift certificates, gift baskets, tickets, services or other similar items that we can offer in our action. We are also in need of sponsors to help defer the cost of the event. Sponsorship levels are listed on the enclosed form. What a great way to promote your business and help the students!
