RPW FF (without neutral protection) - The Phase Loss Relay is used to monitor if all three phases are present. RPW FF (with neutral) In the same product, for neutral protection one must connect a bridge between the terminals A and B, the relay will perform the same phase loss protection and will also monitor the voltage at the neutral conductor (N terminal). RPW FF (com neutro) - No mesmo produto, para proteo do neutro deve-se executar uma ponte entre os terminais A e B, o rel ir realizar a mesma proteo para falta da fase e tambm ir monitorar a tenso no neutro (terminal N). RPW FF (ohne Neutralleiterberwachung) - Das Phasenausfallrelais berwacht alle drei Phasen. RPW FF (mit Neutralleiter) - Im gleichen Produkt muss zum Schutz des Neutralleiters eine Brcke zwischen den Anschlssen A und B gemacht werden. Das Relais realisiert den gleichen Phasenausfallschutz und berwacht die Spannung zum Neutralleiter (Anschluss N).

RPW FF Connect the phases to the terminals L1, L2 and L3. If there is a neutral cable, connect it to the proper terminal. Energize the relay and observe if the green LED (supply) and red LED (relay) go on. If they dont go on, verify whether there is voltage between the phases L1, L2 and L3 (and against the neutral, if used). If the voltage is present, adjust the sensitivity (line voltage) until the red LED goes on. RPW FF Conectar las fases en los bornes L1, L2 y L3. Conectar el terminal del neutro caso se tenga el mismo. Energizar el rel y observar si el LED verde (alimentacin) y el LED rojo (rel) se encuentran encendidos. Caso no se encuentren, verificar si hay tensin entre las fases L1, L2 y L3 (inclusive en relacin al neutro cuando utilizado). Si la tensin se encuentra presente, haga los ajustes de la sensibilidad (tensin de lnea) hasta que se encienda el LED rojo. RPW FF Conectar as fases nos terminais L1, L2 e L3. Conectar o terminal de neutro se existir. Energizar o rel e observar se o LED verde (alimentao) e o LED vermelho (rel) acendem. Caso no acendam, verificar se existe tenso entre as fases L1, L2 e L3 (inclusive em relao ao neutro se utilizado). Se a tenso estiver presente, faa o ajuste da sensibilidade (tenso de linha) at acender o LED vermelho. RPW FF Verbinden Sie die Auenleiter mit den Anschlussklemmen L1, L2 und L3. Verbinden Sie auch den Neutralleiter wenn er vorhanden ist. Legen Sie Spannung an das Relais und prfen Sie ob die grne LED (Spannungsversorgung) und die rote LED (Relais) leuchten. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, prfen Sie die Strangspannung zwischen L1, L2 und L3 (auch zum Neutralleiter falls einer verwendet wird). Wenn die Spannung korrekt ist, justieren Sie die Empfindlichkeit (Phasenspannung) bis die rote LED aufleuchtet.

Caso no se encuentren, verificar si hay tensin entre las fases L1, L2 y L3 y si las fases estn en la orden correcta. Si la secuencia de fases de alimentacin se encuentra correcta y si la tensin esta presente, el LED rojo enciende. RPW SF Conectar as fases nos terminais L1, L2 e L3. Energizar o rel e observar se o LED verde (alimentao) e o LED vermelho (rel) acendem. Caso no acendam, verificar se existe tenso entre as fases L1, L2 e L3 e se estas esto na ordem correta. Se a sequncia estiver correta e a tenso presente, o LED vermelho acende. RPW SF Schhlieen Sie die Spannungsversorgung an die Anschlussklemmen L1, L2 und L3 an. Schalten Sie die Spannung ein und berprfen Sie, ob die grne LED (Versorgung) und die rote LED (Relais) leuchten. Falls die LEDs nicht leuchten, uberprfen Sie die Spannung zwischen L1, L2 und L3 und die Phasenfolge. Bei korrekter Phasenfolge und Spannung leuchtet das rote LED.

DESCRIPTION / DESCRIPCIN / DESCRIO / BESChREIBUNG The Electronic Protector Relay WEG RPW FF/SF/FSF is an electronic device, used to monitor three-phase supply voltages for phase or neutral (selectable) loss (RPW FF), incorrect phase-sequence (RPW SF), or the both protections combined in one product (RPWFSF). If an anomaly occurs the output relay is de-energized avoiding damages to the process. The digital electronic of the RPW provides high performance, precision and immunity against noises. Designed in accordance with the international standards, the RPW constitutes a compact and safe solution, with standardized 22.5 mm boxes for installation on 35 mm DIN rail. Los Rels de Proteccin de WEG RPW FF/SF/FSF son dispositivos electrnicos para proteccin de sistemas trifsicos contra fallo de fase o neutro (seleccionable) (RPW FF), inversin de secuencia de fases (RPW SF) o ambas protecciones en un mismo producto (RPW FSF). Si ocurre una anomala, el rel de salida se activar evitando daos en los procesos a proteger. La electrnica digital de los rels RPW proporciona alta precisin e inmunidad contra ruidos. Diseado de acuerdo con las normas internacionales, constituye una solucin compacta y segura, con cajas normalizadas de 22,5 mm para fijacin en riel DIN 35 mm. Sempre que houver uma anomalia no sistema o rel comutar sua sada para interromper a operao do motor ou processo a ser protegido. Projetado de acordo com normas internacionais, uma soluo compacta e segura, com caixas normatizadas de 22,5 mm para fixao em trilho DIN 35 mm.
