***POLICIES AND PROCEDURES***
PURPOSE: To foster an early love of music/rhythm and performing arts in your child. To provide an opportunity for you to strengthen your relationship with your child through music, performing arts, and play. To be silly! To grow.
This is a non-performing group. Strictly for FUN!

REGISTRATION FEE $10.00 1st student, $5.00 each additional student Due upon registration, non-refundable Without registration fee you are not guaranteed enrollment. TUITION Monthly Payment: 12 Week Session Total: $22 1st student $66 1st student $15 2nd student $45 2nd student rd $10 3rd and additional students $30 for 3 and additional students Tuition is a flat session fee and is not negotiable according to attendance. You may choose to pay the session total or for your convenience we accept 3 monthly payments. Monthly Payments due in September, October, and November. Monthly payments not received by the first class of the month will be charged a $5.00 late fee per student per month. Make checks payable to TaVaci. Returned checks will be charged a $20 fee.

COMMUNICATION Our main/only mode of contact will be, first, via e-mail and second, text message. If you do not check one or the other on a regular/daily basis, please let us know so that we can arrange the best way to contact you. AGE RECOMMENDATION This class is geared towards 2-4 year olds. You are more than welcome to register children starting at age 12 months and through five years old. All age groups will be engaged and have a good time. MOMMY AND ME This is a Mommy and Me class. All children must be accompanied by an adult. You may register and bring more than one child with you as long as you are able to properly engage each child. Adults other than mothers are more than welcome to join our class ie: fathers, grandparents, adult siblings etc. Discipline issues will need to be taken care of by the responsible adult.

Rhythm Rockers 1 Ages 8-10 4:00-4:55 p.m. Rhythm Rockers 2 Ages 10-12 5:05-6:00 p.m.

All Boogie Beat and Rhythm Rocker classes will be held on Mondays at the FUZION Studio. 225 N. Railroad Ave. Sugar City
All class ages/sessions are flexible according to the needs of the child and family. All requests will be considered and we will do our best to accommodate them.
