We will ask for basic details such as company name, nature of business and contact information. An electronic proposal is prepared and sent to you via e-mail, along with our standard questionnaire form.

Now that we know more about your project, an account will be set up for you on our systems and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) prepared. Our Account Managers will set up a meeting with your team.

Account Managers will get you familiarised with our systems and assist with account setup. Once your account has been activated, our experienced Web Masters will get to work.

Our Part

By default, once a retainer account has been activated, it will continue to run for the entire duration of the plan. E.g. January to June. But with iControl enabled, you get to decide which month you want work done and its only for that month you get charged. So essentially, you control how often we work on your website, therefore how long the retainer plan will last for. Some websites will require corrective work to be carried out even before the standard maintenance duties. Auto- x guarantees that websites performance and basic features are restored and where possible, a Content Management System will be integrated to ensure the project is easier to manage.
