Others
The Resume shows that I am PhD in Biochemistry, that you don´t know is that
when I renew in the second year my fellowship I resulted first (96/100) between
2500 people presented, and when I enter in the Research Career I resulted five
between 2000 people presented both in the Commission of Medical Sciences at
the National Research Council of Science and Technology (CONICET). At 2002 I
ascended to Associated Researcher an independent position in which I have
four Doctoral Fellows, one Post-Doc and one Research Assistant. But I not
conform and desire emigrate, because CONICET give a so low salary that I can
´t reached the end of the month and a low grant. When I was in U.K. and the
money were not a conditioning factor (Fellowship of British Council of the 2000
pounds/month, and in the lab. I can buy at libitum, I publish five papers in six
month, that was at ´95), I also was in USA with a visa HIB SS#: 430-81-6130 in
´92-´93 with First Nat. Bank P.O.Box 1287 Fayetteville, AR72702 account #
58127032 (if you want to know my state on taxes and bank)

My question is that: if you take me, as I don´t have money, you should pay me
the travel, and first month of rent and cost of living as I travel at 0 US$ I should
receive the money in the airport, then I returned it to you along 12 month.
Another problem if you employ me I must resign to my job and then I won´t get
another one in Argentina, the solution is that you contract an attorney who
justify that I very necessary for the function of your Company and no one
citizen can cover the post (I think that in every Country may be some
equivalent) (then, after I returned the first money) if you want we can negotiate
the period in which you want I returned the cost of the attorney if you need it. If
you not accept the two conditions, I lamentably can´t accept the post. I think
this all for the section. I state a ¨win to win relationship¨ as say the English
people. I KNOW THAT IF YOU WANT TO ME, YOU ONLY HAVE TO PUBLISH THE
POSITION IN AT LEAST THREE NEWSPAPERS ACCORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE
FOR EXAMPLE: NEUROSCIENCE, MOLECULAR BIOLOGY, GENE THERAPY,
FLURESCENCE MICROSCOPY, STEREOTAXIS, IMMUNOFLOURESCENCE,
IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY, AND USE OF FREEZER MICROTOME, CANULATION
INTRAYOUGULAR OF RATS, OVARIECTOMY, AND LAB. CELL CULTURES, LONG
TERM (20-30 DAYS) NEURONS, AT LEAST ASSOCIATE RESEARCH WHITH A
HIGHT RECORD OF PAPERS, MANAGER AND SO ON AND PUBLISHED IN AT
LEAST THREE NEWSPAPER AND IF NOBODY HAVE THIS CONDITIONS FOR YOUR
ATTORNEY WILL BE VERY EASY GET MY RESIDENCE AND WORK PERMIT.
REMEMBER THAT I HAVE PREVIOUSLY IN USA AND U.K BUT, AND AFTER
THREE YEARS TRAMIT THE CITINZENSHIPP. AND I PRETENDED TO
FOLLOW A CAREER OF RESEARCHER OR RELATED CAREERS AS HEALTH
SINCE I DID THE HOSPITAL RESIDENCY, BUT NOW IN THE INDUSTRY OR
COMPANY IN A HIGHEST POS. I also 5 PhD students, 1 post-doc and 1
Assistant Researcher. ALSO WITH MY ANTECEDENTS: BS CHEMIST, MS
BIOCHEMIST, PhD BIOCHEMIST (SCORE 10 IN SCALE 1-10) AND
MANAGER, YOUR ATTORNEY CAN TRAMITE THE PERMANENT
RESIDENCY DIRECTLY BECAUSE WHO WILL BE SIMULTANEOUSLY
HOSPITAL RESIDENT, PhD IN BIOCHEMISTRY AND MANAGER AT THE
SAME TIME??? AND IF YOU PUT ALL ABILITY MENTIONED ABOVE, PLUS
MORE THAN 32 PAPERS IN INTERNATIONAL JOURNALS, AWARDS,
GRANTS AND MENTIONED SPECIFIQUE THE COURSES AND AT LEAST
ASSOCIATE PROFESOR TO TEACH THE RESIDENTS OF THE
LABORATORY, INTERPRENEURAL, SELF FOCUSING, AND WILLING TO
WORK WEKENDS (BOTH DAYS 7;30 AM-2:00 PM, I DO IT) AND THE
REST OF THE WEEK FROM 6:00- 7:00 AM-7:00 – 8:00 PM WHIT ONE HS
TO EAT AND IF NECCESARY TO STAY MORE TIME THAT COULD BE 36 OR
40 HS IN THE LAB. AND GO TO HOME WITH JOB DO FOR THE SAME
SALARY: ACCORDING THE COUNTRY, PLUS A HEALTH SECURE AND
RETIREMENT PACKAGING, NOBODY WILL BE POSTULATED. I SAY IT
BECAUSE I CAN DO IT. ALSO I LIVE IN USA AND IF YOU ARE SINGLE THE
TAX IS 35% AND MARRIED 30% FOR ME THE LIQUID WILL BE USD
5200/Mo AND IS REALY LOW IF YOU CONSIDER THE CONDITIONS
WORKING FOR YOU AND MANAGE A GROUP WHO WILL BE A REAL
BUSINES (SEE MY GOALDS, NOT ONLY I AM A PhD BUT ALSO A
MANAGER AND VERY AMBITIUOS OR BUSINES MAN AS YOU WILL SEE
IN THE PRICE THAT WE CAN PUT TO THE VACINE AND THE PERSON NOT
HAVE ALTERNATIVE THAT TO PAY). THEN AS I BEGIN TO OBTAIN GOOD
RESULTS I EXPECTED AN AUMENT OF THE SALARY. ALL THAT I TELL
YOU IS REALLY TRUE.
A little more than sixteen years
from ´92 when I was in Arkansas: 1.
HR Management experience:
championing initiatives and
providing guidance for HR
Assistant, 2. HR generalist
background, experience to include
recruitment, training &
development, leadership and work
and communication in equipment,
managing of R-H techniques,
politics and coaching), MBA
(managing, marketing, marketing of
capital, sales, PyME, TQM,
managing strategy, psychology of
the managing, marketing of
products and services,
mathematics of manager decisions
and so on), and Accountant (bank
management, credits qualification,
management of assurance
agencies, analysis of stock
exchange), therefore is not
probable that I make a mistake. I
can travel for important business
to anywhere. Now I PhD and work
in Gene Therapy (but I search for a
change in my life and work in
business), but also follow applying
the knowledge that learn in
Arkansas, because in my position
of Associate Research is
necessary, and also a Scientist
have a rational, cold mind,
analytical thinking, self focusing,
entrepreneurial, detect pitfalls, very
ambitious, flexible, negotiate as
say the British with a win to win
relationship but if I can see and
advantage is better, I considerate
with the employers when not lied, I
have a great capacity to read
between lines, and so on). I send to
a letter of my communication skills
and other things, another thing that
contribute to my skills in
communication are that I was
Associate Professor. You know that
this position require a great
requirements and the salary
requested depend of the country
that I presented it. Also I need that
the company make charge of OF
THE CITIZENSHIP VICAUSE I WANT
TO VOTE, HEALTH INSURANCE,
RETIREMENT PENSION ,ETC. AND
DIPLOMATIC VISA TO GO
ANYWERE, SALARY 100-140
POUNDS/Y Permanent Visa (your
attorney can do it), Travel,
apartment, furniture and one salary
in advance, that I pay in parts in
two years.

Sincerely,
Dr. Oscar Alfredo Brown
