Schedule
- Approximately 24 -30 hours per week, up to 10 hour shifts - Shifts will accommodate Interns current class schedule - Late evening and weekend shifts are required - Requests for time off (Holidays, school breaks, etc.) will require advance approval based on department needs

Focus
- - - - - - - - - - - - - Introduction to Refrigerated Division Driver/Customer processes o Understand basic interactions of driver with shipper and receiver Introduction to Technology - AS400, Qualcomm, multi-line phone, Email, other propriety systems o Utilize tools to meet efficiency standards Complete Live Load call audit processes Depart Group Key Department Training Safety/Hazmat, Prime Floral, Billing/Detention o Review/discuss processes relating to load auditing after dispatch Complete Detention audit processes Other Dispatch Support functions as determined by business needs

Customer service oriented Excellent written/verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in dynamic, fast paced, team oriented environment Conflict resolution skills Ability to execute logical decisions quickly Proficiency in MS Office

Minimum 2 consecutive semesters commitment Satisfy Performance and Performance criteria Enrolled in Transportation related program or express career interest in Transportation industry
