Standardized accounts receivable procedures resulting in a reduction of Days Sales Outstanding from 60 to 29 days. Collected data from multiple sources to design custom excel spreadsheets for executives and sales staff to assist with the establishment of sales goals, RFQ bid presentations, tracking job related expenses, and other requested information. Served a key role in a special project, which included the planning, budgeting, marketing, and operational oversight of the companys annual Posh Pumpkin Design Competition. The event hosted approximately 500 guests from various industries.
