National Contact Day Training, information, consulting activities August 31 st , 1 st ,2 nd of September 2012 Vatra Moldovitei, Suceava, Romania
The Open Network for Community Development Foundation in partnership with ADRFlanders, Belgium, and Fundatia Proiecte Limburg Romania, have the pleasure to invite you to the National Contact Day that will be held in Vatra Moldovitei, Suceava, Romania. Participants arrival: August 31st 2012 (Friday); Participants departure: September 2nd 2012 (Sunday);

Important : please see the hereby programmed agenda and let us know if you wish to join us in our official working sessions from 31st of August until 2nd of September 2012.

Participants accommodation will be arranged at local families (Vatra Moldovitei, Suceava) or at local Bed & Breakfast. Who can participate? Representatives of the Romanian-Belgian Committees members of The Open Network, both informal or formal groups (CLS, ADAM, CLDC, OLF, OLB, GLT) as well as groups of the ADR Vlaanderen network; Regional Trainers, National Trainers; local coordinators; Representatives of official institutions interested in nurturing sustainable community development; Guests from Romania and Belgium.

Who is covering the event costs?

For all Romanian participants (Fee for Service 2012-2013) all costs will be covered by the event organizers (number of participants according with FFS packet).
Accommodation and breakfast: Families from Vatra Moldovitei, Suceava; Local pensions; Common dinners, lunch; Transport: 100% reimbursement for ticket transportation ( train, bus; please keep the

tickets); private car: 10 gas l/100 km (1 car per community), please bring gas receipt;

Attention: if we have participants coming from the same region we encourage car-lift for safety, easier and economy reasons.

For communities who want to have joint participants, see down-below the prices for their accommodation and meals (to be paid directly to The Open Network for Community Development). Hosting at families from Vatra Moldovitei: 12,5 euro /person/per day (breakfast included) Lunch: 7 euro per participant; Dinner: 7 euro per participant; Transport: at your choice. Training, materials, logistics: 30 euro/person.

Institutional, regional tables: maps, projects, presentations, activities, pictures, products / social time, informative session. Welcoming short speeches - Mayor, local stakeholder, Belgian and Netherlander / School of Vatra Moldovitei; OLF&OLB : Common practical activity (discussions, proposal and decision for the common activity to implement on 1st of September 2012); GLT&CLDL& CLS&ADAM: Common practical activity (discussions, proposal and decision for the common activity to implement on 1st of September 2012); Dinner and informal contacts.
