The question is, what does she want to accomplish in her remaining time? For it will determine her legacy come 2010. Election 2010, gives every Filipino voter to the right to suffrage. This means an end of the term of the present administration. This farther means a new beginning for the elected winner. Legal voters as we are, may we learn to vote wisely and honestly for the decision we will cast will tell who and what system of governance we will have in 2010.
