Gas from here is proce ssed at the BG Group-operated Hannibal plant, 21 kilometres south of Sfax, and s old into the Tunisian gas system. The recently completed Hasdrubal development w ill take BG Group s share of local demand to over 50%. As the largest producer of natural gas in Tunisia, our investments are helping to support Tunisia s long term growth. Position Summary The position reports to the Leads C&I Engineer. The purpose of this position is to: Successfully carry out and achieve all allocated Control and Instrumentation Eng ineering Investigation Requests (EIRs) and Brownfield Engineering Change modific ations (ECMs) in all BG Tunisia asset facilities as per BG Tunisia Management of Change Process. Have Provision of technical engineering expertise, know how and support to diffe rent disciplines and projects in BG Tunisia asset. Ensure that all relevant industry, international and legislative requirements wi th regard to Control and Instrumentation systems are fully adhered to. The jobholder main accountabilities will be: To ensure that all allocated C&I Engineering Investigation Requests and Engineer ing Change Modifications are engineered as per the best practices, adequate stan dards and BGT procedures and guidelines. To ensure that quality, manpower and costs are well managed to achieve C&I relat ed projects as per the company quality and HSSE standard , and within budgets an d planned time scales.

To adequately plan and carry out necessary actions to ensure C&I packages and sy stems integrity To carry out duties of permit to work performing authority and supervise site ac tivities related to C&I project s implementation. To participate in Audits/Reviews of C&I packages and systems: Distributed Contro l System, Safety Instrumented Systems, F&G Detection Systems, Metering skid, Flo w Computers, Gas Analysers, Turbines, Standalone control PLCs, AMS, APC, To supervise and report on C&I engineering activities with relevant information and feedback to the Lead C&I Engineer. To pro-actively support the Lead C&I Engineer with regard to methods of improvin g integrity, safety and operability of BGT asset installations both onshore and offshore To provide discipline specific proficiency to the Lead C&I Engineer to allow shu tdowns and new projects efficient management. To assist the C&I maintenance team on high level maintenance activities as and w hen required. Provide full support / advice to all BG Tunisia expansion / de-bottlenecking new projects during all phases of the projects from conceptual design to start-up a nd commissioning as required. To take part on the HSSE Audit, Incident Investigation in BGT asset as required and always promote a safety culture within the Engineering department to ensure that all safety issues are reviewed and acted upon. Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute Experienced Chartered C&I engineer, with a good track record of O&G experience w ithin world-class O&G companies (BG Group, Exxon, Bp, Aramco, Chevron...) A sound technical background and knowledge of DCS and SCADA systems

A Proven design capabilities and extensive experience with F&G detection systems, Gas Analysers (GC, H2S, Hg, H2O, water-cut meters), Safety Systems, Tu rbines Control System, metering skids, functional safety, alarm management and i nstrumentation (selection/specification/implementation) . Good Knowledge and understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards, equipment desi gn/installation/commissioning/maintenance codes and best practices, safety legis lation and legal requirements. Good understanding of the industry financial work flow and procedures specifical ly for offshore Oil&Gas operational assets. Knowledge of Tunisian legislation relating to Electrical, Control and Instrument ation safety Use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Access (or similar database) to g ood level Special Features: Fit and willing to handle construction and field activities / work onshore and o ffshore
