Introduction

The purpose of this document is to outline the functionality required for The KSS Deanery website, which sections the functionality will appear within and how it will react.

The wireframes provided will act as a rough guide for the designs to be produced in the Creative phase of the project outlining what is required to appear within the design, but will not inform the final layout which is subject to change.

8 Work shop listing Page, Events listing page 8.1 These event listing will be filtered and customised per department depending on requirements 8.2 Departments will use this feature as an alternative to current ical feature that doesnt meet departmental needs.

Contact us

9 Standard header, footer and booking engine a. Contact us form i. Title (Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms ) required field ii. First name required field iii. Surname required field iv. Email address validated to be correct, required field v. Confirm email validated against email address, required field vi. Telephone number vii. Comment required field viii. Submit 1. The fields within the form are validated (as to required and formatting), if validation fails an error message is displayed 2. A plain text email is sent to a designated email address at The Surgical Recruitment containing all the submitted fields 3. An email is sent to the user (see section 8) thanking them for their comments/questions b. If Opt in box is selected then email, name and phone data is written to the database (see 11.1)
