I am Le The Binh, the President of Capital Partners Vietnam Consulting Company Limited (CPVN). In recent years, emerging countries such as Vietnam have witnessed a dramatic increase in infrastructure projects. In Vietnam, infrastructure projects such as high-speed railway and energy businesses have been going to be pushed forward with the support by Japanese partners. Under the circumstances, CPVN was established with the support of Capital Partners Securities Co., Ltd., (CPS) in Japan. We are providing the following services ; 1) providing information on Vietnamese Economy and Corporations, and remarkable economic and financial news. 2) providing information on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) between Vietnam and Japan in order to act as a business bridge to meet our customers' expectation. CPVN will start with a small team, but I do believe think that business tie-ups between Vietnam and Japan would increase more and more and do expect that we could grow up as a bridge of the two countries. Joined CPS in 2008, engaged in macroeconomic, industries and equity research, origination and searching M&A deals between Japan and Vietnam. Message to Our Customers

Vietnam, whose population would be approx. one hundred million by 2020, is geographically close to Japan in Asia, so I think Vietnam is a key market for Japanese corporations to expand their businesses. I do hope that Vietnam would be the important hub for Japanese Corporations, and would like to achieve what we "sell Japan to Vietnam" .

I really hope that our customers could understand and love Vietnam by providing updated Vietnamese economic information. In order to achieve it, I have been trying hard as hard as possible every day.
