Coordinating with 7-Locations ( Vizag ,Vijayawada Rajahmundry,Nellore,Guntur & Tirupathi ) Tata Indicom In L6-Level. for Collections. Interacting With the Customer Queries regarding billing query Handling customers queries and attending Inbound calls from customers regarding Bill enquiry, Change of Address and resolving the queries online. Coordinating with WWE/Agencies for address verifications. Verification of the Application Forms related to CAF, LAF, and Corporates. Interacting with Customers, Agents directly or by phone. Sending SMS to the Customers related to Dunning Process and Bill Dispatch. Preparation of Mis for Regular Planning and follow up of collection performances. Looking after backend operations and coordinating with direct walk in customers related to Bill Dispute and Escalations. Auditing the receipt books and handset return books.

Achievements:
