My Friends - part Four of four

THE RESOLUTION The entire fraud, front to back, needs to be denounced. The American People must be educated to understand what is being claimed against them, and their states, by the renegade government of the FEDS. You and everything you own has been put up as collateral for the federal debt and hypothecated. Hypothecation allows the title to your property to be used as collateral for the national debt without transferring the title of your property from you to the state. This way you dont realize that you are a tenant on your land and a renter of your own house. The rent you pay is collected in the form of property taxes. When you see the all capitalized name JOHN DOE you are looking at a corporate entity. This use of all capital letters in the name is called Capitis Dominutio Maxima and it is correctly used in only two cases when a person is dead (really, dead) and when the person is actually a corporation of some kind. Now look at your land deed, your tax bills, your utility bills, your driver licence, your name on your checks is printed in all capital letters. This is the NAME of your cestui que vie trust that is popularly called your strawman. Its a federal franchise; its not you. You dont own it. You are presumed by the state to be slave acting as the administrative trustee of your trust. A similar convention with all capital letters italicized is used to name the U.S. vessel created off of the Certificate of your Birth (your vessels berth). Properly, a living man is described as John Arthur of the family name Doe. He has an autograph; not a signature. A signature is what you make when you sign something as a public official or as a business agent or corporate officer. The normal name we all use, such as John A. Doe, is called the True Trust Name. This primary trust allows you to operate in commerce in the either public or private sector realms. The living woman or man is the Beneficiary of the True Trust and is the literal owner of all the assets in that trust, but due to malfeasance and fraud, the contents of the True Trust have been seized and placed into the inferior Roman cestui que vie trust where the government has named itself the Beneficiary of the trust, making you the acting Trustee of your own estate, instead of the Executor in charge; which you really are. Thus, all this time when youve been working hard, believing that you own your own home, it has been stolen from you, used as collateral for the governments debt, and repeatedly mortgaged to the hilt. You have been bonded and sold as a labor commodity, and your tax money, which represents your labor, is being used by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to buy extravagant life insurance policies on each one of us so that the banks investment is insured; providing a financial motive for the banks to kill us off! Thanks to the fact that you dont know that ANY of this is going on; and do not know that youve been declared legally dead and never heard of a cestui que vie trust; and believe that you own your own property; you are in an ill-favored position to do anything about the constructive FRAUD that has been practiced against you by the federal government and if we are to be honest, we must admit that this corporation in Washington, D.C., is NOT our government. Over the past 100 years, or so, since the Supreme Court allowed Congress to set up shop for itself, the so-called federal United States has become a grotesquely corrupt, criminal for-profit corporation.
