Forming Society Organizations in China

But because of the tediousness of the registration process and problems regarding sponsorship and the huge possibility of being rejected by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, society organizations find alternative ways such as attaching their organizations to existing legal entities such as universities and research institutes. Another way to form society organizations in China is through the Government Organized Non Governmental Organizations. These are organizations either created by the government or have close ties with a particular government agency.
