Stage Induction set

Content 1) To ask question to the pupils about their routine and daily life. Questions: 1. What happen to you yesterday? 2. What events or tragedies happen yesterday? Tell it to the class. 3. What do you usually do in your free time? 1) To make pupils understand a narrative writing of a primary school pupil in a days life by reading it a loud.

Teaching and Learning strategies 1. Teacher starts the class with telling about the teacher everyday routine. 2. The teacher asks the pupils about their daily routine.

Rationale 1) To introduce and prepare pupils for the day lesson.

Pre-stage

1. Teacher presents a narrative writing of a primary school pupil routine to the class. 2. Teacher asks pupils to read it aloud. 3. The teacher then introduces some pictures that are related to the narrative writing. 4. The teacher asks the pupils to organize the picture according to the narrative writing that they have read.

The teacher gives an empty time table to each group and asks them to fill up the time table using the flashcards words and knowledge of the narrative writing. 4.
