Job Description:
Sources out manpower requirements upon receipt of approved MRF thru manpower agencies, PESO Office, schools/universities or job fairs; prepares job advertisement for posting to various agencies. Conducts preliminary screening and interview for rank and file positions; administers and interprets employment exams, conducts background investigation, checks and verifies pre-employment requirements. Conducts company orientation and plant tour and prepares company ID and other employment documents for new-hire; endorses the newly-hired to requesting department heads; updates company profile module used in orienting newly-hire for any changes, improvements and or latest company structure. Monitors movement /status and on-the-job training of subcon employees and coordinates their performance with respective Department Heads and agencies. Coordinates subcon concerns and issues to their respective Agency Coordinators. Prepares and distributes TNA questionnaire, prepares TNA report for review of HR Head for the purpose of creating the annual training calendar. Scouts for training provider based on training plan and prepares budget allocation for training expenses; prepares CPR for training related expenses. Facilitates and processes all needed document and materials for the conduct of internal and external training; distributes training effectiveness feedback form to Department Heads; analyzes data

derived from the provided forms and maintains report of the training effectiveness. Receives reports on violations of rules and regulations; prepares notice of infraction, collects written explanation, attends fact-finding inquiries and inter-company investigation and coordinates with HR Head and Department Manager the imposition of disciplinary action to employees in consonance with the company rules and regulations.
