If yes to any of the above, you can facilitate a DFC process in which our Inner Children everywhere are seen, heard and allowed to be simply magnificent. You can easily do this by mentoring a group of children who are keen to participate. These could be children who have either done Inner Dance before or children whom you can introduce ID to.
FLOW
For teachers, the process can be easily introduced to the learners in your class/es or even at a grade- level assembly. The real-life context of DFC empowers learners to be changemakers in their community and provides ample opportunities to assess the application of the curriculum through student led initiatives. For those with children or grandchildren, all you need to do is gather 4-5 children, invite them into the Inner Dance during which you guide them playing appropriate music and intuitively asking them, when they are ready, to visualise themselves in the the following ways:
standing in front of a mirror and seeing themselves becoming younger and younger until they are within the womb of their mothers before they were born, in space, as a beautiful light being playing and dancing as light, sound and colour looking at the earth, seeing and feeling how beautiful it is travelling back to earth, feeling free, having fun and going to their favourite place on the planet.

During
ID
process,
in
which
children
are
in
the
deeply
meditative
space,
ask
them
to
visualise
themselves
in
the
following
ways:
at
home,
at
school,
or
anywhere
in
their
community
having
an
experience
when
they
didnt
feel
so
good
at
home,
at
school
or
anywhere
in
their
community
changing
something
in
this
place
that
allows
them
to
feel
good
and
makes
this
place
more
beautiful.
During ID process, ask the children to see themselves creating change in their community by visualising themselves in the following ways: choosing one thing that they would like to change at school or in their community, something that they can do mostly by themselves and that they will be able to do in a week making a list of all the things that they will use to create this design for change, preferably things that they can find easily at school, home or in the local community travelling through time and looking at the place they have created change, one year later to see how the people feel about all the wonderful changes the children made that are still being maintained. looking at a map of what they saw from the time they started the Inner Dance journey to the present moment. You can guide them back into the space and provide paper and pens for them to record all the things they saw and felt. Gather into a circle so that the children can share their dreams with you and each other. FORM
the focus isn't on the product or the DOING. Its really all about the process of remembering the inner KNOWING and BEING before DOING. Allow the DOING to flow from the inner space of the childrens dreams, guide the flow of innate consciousness by keeping within your flow choose a week in which to implement the change document everything and take photos and videos of the whole process.
This allows the healing resonance to be shared with the whole world and is a very powerful stage of the process. Here are some guidelines: The most effective way for the story to be shared is to make a video as this medium captures the flow in a very fluid form. If you are able to make a video you can do it yourself. If not, seek some assistance. However you could simply share the story in a word document or power point. Allow the children to contribute to this and whilst holding space as the observer who is seeing the highest potential as this is what the story communicates. Or you can find the country on the DFC site and contact the team there. There are currently 35 countries participating including Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries in which we already have formed Healing Circles. Those holding space and participating in these healing circles are already experiencing their own design for change through Inner Dance process. It is time to share the healing resonance with more children. CARPE DIEM! DFC is pure magic. All these children shining their light into the darkness we call global issues, which are just symptomatic of the inevitable climate change. Everything I do, is for our children and it is actually sometimes quite difficult for me to not be in classrooms as I miss the every day magic with the kids. Yet I know I am where I am supposed to be. Each adult who remembers their Inner Child through the Inner dance process starts to look at the essence of the children around them. They start to see the light that is pouring out of our amazing guardians of being. They start to surrender their egos and be like we are, in service to our children, by being the change we wish to see, simply by seeing that the change already exists. The world transforms when we see the transformation happening inside our hearts. Every child is born with a seed that is to be planted, cared for and nurtured into growth. That seed is the very reason why the child has been born. We call that seed a birth vision. As DFC is empowering children to be the change, the Inner Dance is allowing adults to become more aware of their inner child and remember their birth vision, their reason for being here. Within us, is the innate knowledge of the whole Universe. Every child holds a seed that, when sprouted, leads the whole world to evolve as it allows their inner Knowledge and wisdom to flow through. DFC is illustrating the power that each child has in transforming the world into a more evolved planet. Each baby is born in a space of Oneness.

When we listen, we can learn a lot from our children. As long as we nurture their creativity, provide opportunities for their growth and are inspired by them, together, we can be the change. By reminding children of their inherent beautiful and powerful beingness they go through a process of heightened awareness of themselves, their community, the world and then instinctively want to heal it. They see their interconnectedness with all life and then want to spread the word and lead the change. Children being empowered to be and lead the change in designing solutions, transforms our world by reminding adults of their inherent beauty and the power of BEING. The DFC challenge is an opportunity to plant seeds of love that can nurture self, community and the world. In every story of change, children amaze and inspire teachers, parents and their communities by solving problems with passion and determination. Aware. Enabled. Empowered. Documenting the stories, allows our children to re-write the history of humanity. Its time for the joy, beauty and love that children give in abundance, to be released into the world to remind us of our own power to transform and live our lives in harmony with each other and the Earth. Let's listen to our children. We can learn a lot from them.

Our choice to recognise the magnificence in children is equally our choice to surrender ourselves to our inevitable evolution. Children are our guardians of being.
