Remedial Exercise 1 (RMT)

Integrative Studies (All)

Pathology 1 (All)

Internal Medicine (TCM)

Law & Regulations (RMT)

Energetic Anatomy (Interest)


We live in an age where the minds of modern physicists and old-world shamans have begun to share a very similar world-view. This course presents to students a wide range of concepts, within an energetic context. (24 hrs - 1 unit) No pre-requisite Tuesdays 3:15 - 5:15pm September 25 to December 11

Modern Mental Diseases (TCM)


Learn acupuncture/acupressure and Chinese herbal treatments, for mental disorders such as irritability, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, ADHD, insomnia and others. (24 hrs 1 unit) Pre-requisite: TCM Diagnosis Wednesdays 8:30 10:30am September 26 to December 12

Anatomy 6 (RMT/TCM)
A study of the major joints and ligaments of the human body. (24 hrs - 1 unit) Pre-requisite: Anatomy 5 Wednesdays 10:30am 12:30pm September 26 to December 12

Physiology 7 (TCM/RMT)
Students continue to study the finer aspects of the nervous system. This course also takes an in-depth look into the muscular system, including a study of skeletal and smooth muscle, and the cardiovascular system. (24 hrs - 1 unit) Pre-requisite: Physiology 6 Wednesdays 10:30am 12:30pm September 26 to December 12

Iridology 1 (Physical Iridology) (NHSc)


Learn the health of the body through analysis of the eyes. Evaluate the constitution and vitality of the client. (24 hrs - 1 unit) No pre-requisite Wednesdays 6:00 9:00pm September 26 to November 14

Herbal Therapeutics 1 (NHSc)


Learn how to prepare and use herbal remedies, to treat a variety of conditions. (24 hrs 1 unit) No pre-requisite Wednesdays 6:00 - 8:00pm September 26 to December 12

Gynecology 1 (TCM)
Students learn TCM patterns and treatments for disorders and functions of the female body. (24 hrs - 1 unit) Pre-requisite: TCM Diagnosis/Assessment Thursdays 8:30 10:30am September 27 to December 13

Geriatrics (TCM)
A study of common disorders affecting the elderly and their TCM treatments. Osteoporosis, prostate problems and incontinence, are among the conditions that will be discussed. (24 hrs 1 unit) Pre-requisite: TCM Diagnosis/Assessment Thursdays 10:30am 12:30pm September 27 to December 13

Hydrotherapy 2 (RMT/SPA)

This dynamic ride of your life course guides you towards taking a positive approach to daily food requirements. Evolve your understanding of pH balance, food and non-fanatical healthy living. The teacher has been honored with several international awards and is presently nominated as a top health educator in Canada. Reflexology 2 (NHSc/SPA)
Learn new techniques and connections. Study of body systems, glands, organs and their reflex points. Hand reflexology, anatomy of the feet and hands, foot baths. The Italian method of treatment. Massage 3 (RMT/SPA)
Expand knowledge and evolve skills acquired in Massage 2. (24 hrs - 1 unit) Pre-requisite: Massage 2 October 27, 28, November 3, 4

Techniques of Acupuncture (TCM)


Learn needling techniques and other acupuncture modalities, used in TCM treatments such as cupping, electro-acupuncture, auricular acupuncture and moxibustion. Precautions and contra-indications for acupuncture, are also discussed.
