The basic purpose of Workshop on Managerial Traits is to let the future professionals understand the importance of right mannerisms in business. This may make or break your personality in front of the clients, boss,colleagues or even juniors. The main objectives of the course are To help the future professional in grooming their personality. To teach them the right business etiquettes, which may help them in their upcoming lives in the corporate.
Lecture 1 - 10:
Lecture 14 - 20 General Protocols: Related to Meetings, - Driving a car with colleagues or boss - When to start talk about Business, - How to use public places in your office ( Loo, Coffee Machine, Smoking area, Photo stat area) - Presentations Lecture 20 - 25 - Basic Knowledge about different Brands. - Dining Etiquettes, Names of various exotic vegetables and fruits. - Knowledge about main destinations in various countries. Lecture 25 - 30 - Designing a business card. - Preparing a back pack for business travel. - Presentations
Presentations
The students have to compulsorily give a presentation on the topic being assigned to them in front of the whole class. Presentations will be focused on creative work. The topics will be nalized and informed.
These will be the group presentations. Each group will comprise 4 5 students. Topic will be assigned on rst come rst serve basis. Topic once assigned will
not be changed. Also two or more groups are not allowed to share the same topic i.e. each group will be allotted a separate topic.
Note: Attendance is compulsory in the presentations. Absentees will be marked Zero Scores straightaway.
The presentations will be of 50 marks and its weightage in the internal assessment will be 05 marks. The following table represents the marks allocation for presentations:
