Sox Continue Lead

At the beginning of the month the Sox continue to hold their two game lead in the central division over the Tigers. Adam Dunn and Paul Konerko continue to power the Sox each are in the league lead for Home Runs and Average. The pitching continues to be hit and miss with losing leads and not giving the innings. If the sox are going to begin to dene themselves as a contender the pitching needs pick up the pace. Overall the team is still lacking that edging character that makes a great team and that is true team chemistry. This team is talented and have performed on the eld but it still seems they are lacking that little extra something that the Sox had in 2005. In the week ahead look for the Sox to build some steam with their nal battle for the Central Division crown.
