Launched a news website covering the western part of Cobb County, Georgia, including the incorporated city of Powder Springs: www.westcobb.patch.com. Site includes comprehensive business directory, events calendar, blogs, announcements and much more. Consistently exceed goals in various metrics; received company-wide recognition for election coverage. Report on city government that before had never received regular coverage; often beat other area media. Recruited and manage a team of paid freelancers and unpaid bloggers; have regions largest blogger output. Gained and interact with a large social media following; organize and participate in marketing events to promote the site, as well as company as a whole; hold monthly office hours for readers.

Assist Southern States Rottweiler Rescue, the largest Rottweiler rescue in the country, in saving almost 100 of the dogs annually. Hobbies include reading, writing, chess, billiards, guitar, swimming, fitness, painting and cooking.
