English is dominating at national and international level in all domains of life. New learners of English have got much importance because they are required specific English according to their profession and demands of the markers. The language teaching professionals have developed the courses to fulfill the needs of the needs of the learners. However, professionals and students are facing problems particularly the students of second/foreign language because the designing of specific course in the ESP context is not fulfilling the needs of the students. One of the most notable points is that the students of second/foreign language are meeting/getting their targets in an international market. Needs assessment plays a significant role in the process of designing and carrying out any language course, whether English for Specific Purposes (ESP) or general English course. The study of communicative needs generally refers to the

activities that are involved in collecting information and will serve as the basis for developing a curriculum that will satisfy the requirement of set of students. This research will take place in order to assess the communication needs of the students in which they lack and feel problems. In fact, the reason why different approaches were born and then replaced by others was those in which teachers have intended to meet the needs of their

students during their learning. Clearly, the role of need analysis of the students in any ESP course is unavoidable. Need analysis is the first step in course designing that provides validity and relevancy for all subsequent course design activities. This study will help to align students as relevant to their communicative needs. In this way, the content and mode of learning will be influenced by the options available at their disposal. The types of modifications of learning resources are made accordingly to kinds of individual differences with regard to time, goals, mode, or expectations of learning.

In this study, the term ESP refers to an approach of language teaching and learning with specific goals and decisions based on specific content and methodology in regards of learners needs.
