Earlier today, the Undersigned forwarded to the same recipients a record titled: Notice and Demand for the issuance of valid banking/legal communication by BANK HAPOALIM, BM, Israel, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates of their demands and threats against Dr Joseph Zernik, and for response within 10 days, with fax transmission report. [1]
For all the reasons, detailed in the September 12, 2012 Notice and Deman, referenced above, the September 5, 2012 response by Bank HaPoalim, BM, Israel, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates, in re: request for statement of interest gained in 2011, cannot possibly be deemed a valid legal/banking record.

Please notice instant REVISED Reply The previously transmitted version of instant record was in error, relative to the date of the Response by BANK HAPOALIM, BM, Israel, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.
