The area is growing and changing at a very fast pace, both at national, as well as at the global level. This continuous change leads to change in rules and regulations, and it requires special attention and knowledge to cope up with the changing scenario. At the same time , banking as a whole, is seeing structural changes in regulatory frameworks and securitization and stringent NPA norms expected to be in place by 2014 (means the faster one adapts to these changing dynamics, the faster one is expected to gain the advantage).
