Evaluation document:

The handbook states: A document or movie will need to be produced which provides contextual analysis for the work. It will document the process and strategies taken in publicly releasing the work. It will also further explain the concepts and ideas that have continued to develop the work and the use of iterative process for informing marketing strategies. This document must also evaluate the final work as a completed project along with potential future developments. It will need to be at least 1000 2000 words in length (as a movie it should translate into the time taken to deliver that content) submitted in digital form on CD along with a paper copy if it is written work. Contextual analysis means creating an understanding of the work and will allow you to unpack the meaning and intended reception. You will also use this to describe the business strategies around the work and how it will be of use to you in your further progression. Document the process and strategies taken in publicly releasing the work. This means describing the method you have chosen to make the work public and why it is appropriate to your work. Does it best maximise the outcomes of the work - have you properly tapped into a suitable audience and market - can you demonstrate this ? Further explain the concepts and ideas that have continued to develop the work and the use of iterative process for informing marketing strategies. You may want to describe how the process of completing your work and the resulting feedback has helped to further develop the work. What is the network of feedback you have used ? What other contributing factors have helped to shape this - has you original idea/ vision transformed at all - have you used audience / market analysis to guide this ? Evaluate the final work as a completed project along with potential future developments. Reflect on the work as an outcome and assess its success in achieving your goals, does it measure up what can be improved or developed from here. What will you do next with the work ? Describe your future strategies for the work and or skills developed from this project.

You can complete this as a document (PDF) or as a video (.MOV or other multi platform (mac....;) compatible le). Video's can be narrated / use text/ image as appropriate to detail the same information but must do so to the same depth as a text document.
